Located in a busy plaza of the heart of Oakville, this restaurant is spacious & peaceful from the onset.
Upon arrival, we were not greeted warmly by a female server but I thought it was just the first impression. It took along time for food to come out, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. A male server came to serve our table later and he was better. The girl ended up served other table and she was more cheerful with them The food tasted not good, but not bad. It was just bland, kinda tasteless. We couldn’t finish our food even though the portion was small.
Female server continued to ignore us so I walked to the cash to pay. She was dismissive the whole time, even after I tipped her 18%

This is a Vitanamese restaurant located in a plaza in Oakville. It has seating for over 20 people. They have a large menu with Vietnamese and Thai food. I asked the waitress for recommendations based on my preferences and we ended up ordering squid cakes for appetizer, pho soup, and a sizzling fish with vegetables. They will bring you extra bowls and plates if you want to share the food.
The food here was delicious. It was cooked to serve, was warm throughout the eating period, and felt fresh. It was flavour packed, yet had a good balance. The vegetables all felt fresh. I am not an expert in this cuisine, but it felt like an authentic restaurant that includes traditional food. I enjoyed it and will be visiting again. The prices were also very competitive and the portion sizes were good.

I have been coming to this location in Oakville on and off since 2010. It is a local mom & pop business. They deserve our full support.
The menu has expanded over the years. They now include hot plate options which is tasty and whimsical.
The portions are massive and this lends to their great value.
The flavours and taste are all on point.
The service is always friendly and efficient.

We visited our friends in the area. They wanted to take us to a nice restaurant and chose this place. The restaurant is very clean. We ordered several dishes and each was quite tasty. The service was very good as well and the food came pretty quickly. Overall, we were very happy.

We got there exactly at 9 an hour prior to close, was told the kitchen closed at 9:30 and dine in 9:50. We ordered immediately and within 10 minutes the waitresses started pacing back and forth stating “I want to go home”, “it’s time to go homeee” “ugh we want to go”, and continuously made the whole experience incredibly unwelcome and uncomfortable. They closed the bathrooms an hour early and put chairs to block it stating “out of order” we watched them move it. The food was very mediocre not the best pho place or even top 5 nor is the pricing right. They should have just told us they wanted to close an hour early instead of ruining the quick dinner we were trying to have. Then came to the table at 9:36 for us to close the bill so they could shut the system down. Additionally there were 2 other tables there when we got there and one stayed as long as we did. We left at 9:38 and they closed immediately. Not worth it.

Love this place, been coming here for like 20 years, the 2nd owners keep the charm and food is very flavourful, from typical Pho dishes., the menu is diverse and has the Thai, Chinese classics such as egg noodle wontons, and much more. Kai is wonderful, has a great sense of humor and greets us with a smile, always makes me feel at home. You can get take out, I got the mango salad with shimp, cashews and chicken and onion. divine….the environment is nice with great HD videos of beaches and colourful murals of small town Saigon are wonderfully displayed on the walls..my son and I come here to relax and always leave with a warm happy tummy, like that big beautiful statue in the corner. Come here say hi to Kai and her wonderful staff

We just ordered an XL pho special and barely had enough broth. It should come with two broths, not one!!! Take a look at the photo when put in a pot to reheat.

Absolutely delicious food here, 100% would recommend to all my friends near and far. I am from Toronto, and i always find my way to this place whenever im in the west area, or when im really craving.
I got the Smoked Duck Breast Salad (i believe it was S7 in their menu) and it was amazing . it was refreshing yet not too earthy as the duck meat was nice and smokey, with a little bit of salty flavour to it.
Then, for my main item, i got their Sautéed Prawns with Rice ( MS0 ) and it was just like home. The prawns were big and juicy. So good, you gotta try mixing the sauce into the rice!
As to drink, I chose the Young Coconut Juice, it was sweet and even came with couple of coconut meat.
Staff are very nice and friendly, although when it gets busy, you’ll need have a little kindness and patience with them.
