I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwhiches, PLAIN. Pretty simple, right? WRONG. Not only was I given the wrong sandwhiches, but they had mayo and lettuce ALL OVER THEM. If you can’t understand and follow instructions given in plain English, you don’t deserve to have a job.

This new Wendy’s is a welcome addition to the south side. The food is pretty good. Sometimes, it is kind of prepared in a hurry. Sandwiches can get a little smashed. I feel like the quality was better when they had a few more older folks working there. The younger people get it done. There is just a little less finesse. Check that slogan again though, peeps. Don’t cut corners!

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s i have ever dealt with. I love Wendy’s but everytime we order from here they screw it up. Ordered a single no tomatoes meal and added an order of baconator fries today . The cashier just switched fries for the baconator fries on the meal. BF had to go back and buy more.fries. then he gets home with it and the cheeseburger was substituted for a spicy chicken.. dammit I wanted a cheeseburger. He had to go to work so luckily I like spicy chicken, but he refuses to go back ever. So thanks for.ruining Wendy’s for me .

This baconator sandwich was the most disrespectful awful burger I have ate I had more ketchup and mayonnaise then bacon it truly looked like a Dave’s double it was clearly three strips of bacon broken into two this is cutting extreme corners the cook was clearly trained to do that so I’m not mad at the cook because his energy was to calm the cook and the cashier was to extremely nice almost creepy nice both was very respectful the cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu, it don’t add up I truthfully blame management for training that cook to do that they smile and said enjoy your meal so it’s odd to be that nice and give that God awful burger that don’t add up to me clearly the higher-ups management train him to cut the corner like that I will personally give them 5 stars but that baconator -50 I blame the higher ups because they had to train that young man that way he held the open for me and my son to come from him dumping the trash I seen him come because he let me and my son in wash his hands and put on the plastic gloves to fix the food he did everything right just that burger was made awfully because it was not a baconator.

Drive through sucks today, tell me to pull to second windows to have a very rude women yelling telling me to back up to first windows to pay. Back up to the first windows that has a sign to proceed to the first. Once getting to the first windows again you have a manager passing out the drinks as she is complaining to an employee about issues she is having with another. Won’t be back.

Went to buy dinner tonight and the guy who was taking the order did not hear us right. Then did not even charger us everything we wanted then charged us for 2 things we did not want anyways. This is the second time now we have come to this Wendy’s and they messed up on our order 2 times now. Not very happy with it. If they would let u put 0 stars that is what I would put cause it’s not fair to people if they don’t get all the food they want then have to order more cause they could not get it right the first time or hear us the first time either like come on. When we got our food and stuff the guy at the window straight up told us that he never heard us order the frosty that they wanted. He only heard us ask about the Wednesday adams one which I know we order 2 strawberry frosty on top of our order like this makes me so mad that I really don’t want to go back to this Wendy’s anymore. Like either listen very closely to the people that are ordering there food or get a new speaker
