A (almost) 4-star review instead of a much lower one, thanks to Molly, our waitress who saved the night. Food was very good, but the experience started off rough.
We specifically booked a standard table in a nice spot for a birthday celebration and were seated at a high top in a bad location. They knew it was a birthday. After asking to change tables, we were moved again, this time to a dining room spot with strong cold air blowing directly on us. Because of all this, our 8:00 pm reservation turned into ordering at around 8:40 pm.
What completely saved the night was Molly, our waitress. She was outstanding. She helped us move to a comfortable table, gave great food suggestions, checked in multiple times, and kept everything professional while still being warm and friendly. She genuinely made the difference and is the reason this is a 4-star review instead of a much lower one.
Food was solid as expected, and my wife also received a free slice of cake for her birthday, which was a nice touch.
Great food, but table management could definitely be better. Staff like Molly are what make people want to come back.

Handsdown the worst Keg experience I’ve ever had. We had a party of 8 (4 children – 7yo and 10yo and 4 adults). Our reservation was for 6:30, were seated late. All 4 adults ordered appetizers and we asked for the kids apps. 2 adults got their appetizers (the hot ones) and when the server came back we had to ask for the cold ones and the kids plates). We ordered a bottle of sparkling water and our waitress showed up with it but tried to leave without givint it to us. At 8pm when we still didnt have any food we took the girls out to go see the fireworks. When we got back our food was there. The portions were TINY. The kids “sliders” came with 1 small slider, the mushroom risotto was half the size youd get at another location and the prime rib came without the horse radish (so once again had to wait for our server to get something fixed. The waitress was nowhere to be found to get more bread or drinks. When it came time for desert – again 2 of the deserts were delivered and we had to remind our server to get the 3rd. The kids ice cream portions were just 1 tablespoon of ice cream.
Maybe it was just a bad day but it’s definitely not the service or quality you expect from a Keg. Also the bathroom was not as clean as you’d expect.
We didnt get out of there until almost 9:30… with a 630 reservation.
Also we paid full price because not only was our waitress MIA but no managers were anywhere to be found and we’d been there so long we just wanted to get out.

Recently celebrated with my family and friends here for a milestone birthday. We had a reservation and arrived 5 minutes early. On arrival, we were told they were getting the seating ready for our large group. 25 minutes AFTER our reservation time, we were then taken to our table.
Promptly after arrival at our table, I ordered for the kids, as they were hungry and the colouring could only take them so far. The adults ordered sometime later.
I confirmed with our waitress we will take the kids meals as soon as it’s ready and the adults will wait ( in other words, don’t keep the kids dishes waiting for the adults dishes to be ready, which understandably will take time).
After about 30 minutes, I followed up with our waitress as the kids were now very uneasy and hungry.
The waitress (female) then sarcastically said, she couldn’t wave a magic wand to bring the food any faster and shes waiting for the kitchen staff to prepare it. I refrained from saying what I really wanted to, as again, it’s a birthday.
The kids plates came another 20 minutes later and they ate. The adults dishes came 30 minutes after the kids.
A little detail, when I placed the order, I confirmed I did not want any pork items and to make things easier, mentioned this is for the entire group as well. It was confirmed.
Sure enough, when the adults dishes came, unknown to me at the time, it had bacon bits. The male server now present (not sure where the female server disappeared to) was actually really nice and made the rest of the evening a better experience. He mentioned to the manager and she (blonde lady with a headset) came over to apologize. I didn’t make a big deal about it and thanked her for her attention in the matter.
The female waitress did eventually return and asked how everything was– we just politely smiled and asked for additional ketchup for the kids fries. She never came back with it….
We thoroughly enjoy the Keg, but I was not impressed with the service or lack of attention at this location.

The steak was so delicious — it honestly melted in my mouth. The garlic shrimp appetizer was equally incredible (so flavourful and perfectly cooked). Our waitresses were wonderful: friendly, attentive, and made the whole lunch even better.

Manuel is the BEST server we have ever had, i aspire to be as passionate and accommodating as he is about food.
We had the NY Strip and Lobster, it was juicy, buttery and perfect, and the fillet mignon which came with a free sauce, get the twice baked potato side,
He also got us with the complimentary bread + that absolutely huge mocha ice cream pie for our anniversary!
Good music and atmosphere, I’ll be back at this specific location and asking for Manny Pacman and the chef that made our lobster, just WOW.
Keg do not let go of that man we will follow him to his next restaurant if so

Best experience at the keg, I’ve been at different locations a couple times before but this is absolutely wonderful. Thanks for Manny’s top notch service, he’s got us well took care of and offered a complimentary cake for my birthday. The steak was the best we had so far, such a delightful experience!

Absolutely had a perfect New Year’s at the Keg. Originally we were going to be seated at a higher table but we asked for a normal style table. We were taken through a door into another section and to our surprise was amazing. It was like going through a magic door. Such a beautiful area. Alot more quiet than the main area which is what we liked.Our server Kaitlyn was just a joy to deal with. What a gem! Thank you for making our New Year’s a memorable experience.

Ordered take out after a concert at OLG Stage so that we could eat closer to where our bus back to Toronto was departing. When we arrived not a single employee on the bar would approach us. Several made eye contact and just walked away. When we finally were able to get the attention of an employee they brought out the bag for our order. They forgot to make my mushroom risotto. We waited and the server brought it out in a typical cardboard takeout container. We paid and walked back to where we needed to be and when I opened the container there was a small metal container inside. It was maybe an inch deep and held hardly any food (see photo). Not only was the container tiny but also not full. I could have held the amount of food in the palm of my hand. This was $31 plus tax and tip. My mom’s salad was soggy and looked old. But the bigger issue here is the risotto. Obviously because we were leaving the city I could not go back with the tiny portion to question it.
Don’t go to this location unless you want to be completely ripped off.
Being as this was my first time going to a Keg in a very long time I will not be returning ever.
