Ordered pizza and paid a $5 delivery fee and paid a 25% tip just to see in the app that my order sat for 30 minutes until it went for delivery and then took 20 more minutes. Ordered a Six Cheese Pizza with extra cheese on late afternoon of 4/11/2024… and absolutely loved the cheesiest pizza I ever had. I wrote the time hoping to properly thank the employee who made my perfect pizza. Keep making pizza the way you do and Dominos will beat all other brands. It was heaven in pizza form!

I was using the restroom, a Domino’s employee came in behind me! As I was washing my hands the Domino’s employee finished using the urinal. While on his phone walked straight out WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! I walked by Domino’s counter, and saw he was making Pizzas. The time between the guy walking out and me walking pass the counter was probably 10 seconds. Not enough time to properly wash his hands even at the wash station around the counter. I was going to order but I saw this and couldn’t muster myself eating there. So I walked out. I would have said something and I should have but I was so disgusted about what I saw. Domino’s this needs to addressed! But I won’t be ordering or eating from this location.

Do not order pizza from this Dominos if you expect them to make it right if they mess it up. They will offer you a coupon for less than what you paid for the items that were not even edible, but you can’t use it with any other deals and/or coupons. So if you have to pay more for what you order because you can’t use the normal coupons you aren’t getting, the coupon is not worth a penny and you just lost the money you paid for the things you had to throw away because even the dog wouldn’t eat them. Oh and don’t bother contacting Dominos Corp because when they pass the information on to the Franchise owner, they won’t contact you because they obviously do not care. I gave them 1 star only because there isn’t one with a 0. I’d rather pay more to a company that cares about their customers than less to a company that doesn’t give a rip about their customers.

Great staff at this location. I was overcharged online by about ten dollars. When I came to the store to pick up my pizza, Unique at the register noticed this and knocked the prize down to the correct amount. A lot of people would have just let the overcharge ride; appreciate you Unique!

The past couple of times that we’ve ordered pizzas from here, it has been absolutely horrendous. We have thrown out large portions of the pizza. There are no rating forms provided after purchase, so the company just continues to send substandard products. I cannot believe they are currently advertising that they have quality control coaches with this level of poor quality.
