I visited Taco Bell for the first time and had a very concerning experience. While eating my meal, I discovered what appeared to be mold on my tortilla — it was green and fuzzy, which is not something that can be mistaken for a burn mark.
I immediately brought it to the manager’s attention and showed him the food, but he dismissed my concern and claimed it was just burnt from the toaster. It was clearly not burnt. Being served food that appears spoiled is unacceptable, and having those concerns brushed off made the situation even worse.
Food safety should always be a priority. I hope this location takes this seriously and reviews their food quality and handling procedures so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I came on June 21st just before midnight and went through the drive through. The person on the drive through speaker was extremely nice and got my food out quick and accurately. The nachos were some of the best I’ve had in a while. After I parked to eat my food, a line of 9 cars (and one bike) started to build up. While I can’t say anything for their experience, the cars still managed to get through the drive through quickly. The person who worked that shift, genuinely deserves a raise just for how quickly they went through a line that large especially for how late at night it was. While I didn’t take a photo of the food beforehand, I absolutely destroyed the nachos. Plenty of sauce too. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I get a craving for taco bell.

Well we tried to get food here. One car at the window in front of us and we sat at the order window for 10 min. No other cars. NO one talked to us, nothing. Finally had to just back out of the drive through as it was clear no one was going to take our order. Seriously?

I ordered through the drive through and asked for senior soda with my order. The woman said she’d adjust the total at the window. When I was at the window, I again said I wanted the senior soda, which was free. A man behind her said they didn’t have senior sodas only senior discount so I said forget the soda. I asked why some Taco Bells offered it, but others didn’t. No answer. I got my order and had to ask for the receipt. They didn’t give me the senior discount either. I wasn’t happy with the service. The food I ordered was good.

Drive thru was insane and I got stuck in it the other day for almost 30 minutes. So I decided to back out and go inside. Placed my order on the kiosk and sat there patiently waiting for my food as it was busy. This lady which I would assume was the manager she was working the quesadilla machine wearing a grey hat. All she did was complain and not just complain but use profanity over and over. I’m standing 10 feet away like I can hear you lady. It’s always seems to be something with this place you are always waiting for 15 or 20 minutes. Then you get we are understaffed well them hire people or close the store because we are the ones that suffer from this service and still pay full price. Please consider new management at this location

Waited in drive thru line for 24 minutes before we were able to actually get our food. Once we got to the window, the employee did not even speak to us.
We did not get greeted, given a total amount of our order, no “thank you”. Not even a “sorry for your wait”. Will never return here.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry . Absolutely terrible service waited 30 minutes in line in the drive-through for a mobile order no sorry for the wait. No nothing not even a thank you. This place is getting terrible. Also ordered sauce with my mobile order. Didn’t get any sauce had to walk back in to get sauce, could’ve went to Pick N Save across the street and got ground beef and went home and made tacos myself faster than this place.

I had asked my boyfriend to uber me food since I wasn’t in the mood to cook after work and I got a taco without meat, just lettuce and cheese. EDIT: i just ordered a soft shell taco the same night for my little brother and they did it again except this time there was ranch inside of it and like 2 pieces of meat, 2 chunks. I took a picture of both times.

I’m new to the area and I’ve been to this location twice a great experience the first time I went prompted me to come back the second time and I was met with the same high standard quality and customer service that I got again 🙂 the food is fresh and it’s always piping hot! Fast food made extremely slow and terrible. The guy in charge was training, but obviously did a terrible job. This location has always been bad. 20 minutes to wait, food sat for at least 5 min before I was called up.
