The food is genuine quality, it takes a bit longer to receive the food but that’s because this isn’t a McDonald’s. The patties are thicker and juicier! It’s a restaurant quality burger but fast food. With a heaping portion of perfectly golden and evenly salted fries as a side. As someone who likes to have options this is your place! Don’t want beef burgers? There are grilled chicken, crispy chicken, vegan patty, marinated steak options! Even deep fried green beans, sweet potato fries, and onion rings.

Customer service is 100%. Cashiers are kind helpful and patient. The manager Amber is liked by everyone and always has a positive attitude no matter what.

The dine closes earlier than the drive through but changes every quarter or so but since it doesn’t specifically state that in the times I’ll do my best to keep the reviews updated.

The food was really good and the customer service was awesome! The only downsides were that the prices are a little on the higher end and the wait time was about double of a regular drive-thru. If you have the time and a little extra cash though, you make it back in the quality of food!

I had such a great experience at The Habit Burger Grill today! Even though I went through the drive-through around 4:30 PM on 10/22, the customer service truly stood out. I had a question about beverage refills, and one of the staff members kindly said she would check with her manager. The manager on shift was absolutely amazinghe took the time to assist me personally and explained everything clearly and politely.
What really impressed me was how he communicated with his team. You could tell he treats his staff with respect and friendliness, not just as a boss but as a true leader. That kind of attitude makes all the difference and shows what great leadership looks like.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was top-notch. I’m honestly a little upset I didn’t catch the manager’s name because he deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—The Habit Burger Grill definitely earned this five-star review! Highly recommend!

They took down my pretty nice review so I’m being petty. The last couple of times I went there they could not accomodate my gluten and dairy intolerance (which is OK), so if you yourself can’t have either or both of those things I would hop over to Red Robin. They also messed up my order multiple times.

First time here and noticed the variety on the menu. Drive through was friendly and quick to take the order. There was a much linger wait than expected I’m not sure why. Thr girl at the window was super friendly and handed me my food with a smile and great customer service. Opening thd bag i was quite impressed with packaging and presentation. Omg the smell is devine and the taste is even better. Onion rings I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.

BEWARE, THEY’LL RIP YOU OFF!!
I’ve had two very negative experiences related to their apparent feelings of entitlement to a tip. The first time when I went to pay for my order, the manager, who was the cashier, indicated that the card reader wanted me to answer a question before I pay. It was asking about a tip. I told the manager that I didn’t feel comfortable giving a tip before receiving my food nor service first. She seemed to be a bit put off by my statement. After I paid for my order, I saw her going over to a couple of employees and whispering something to them. And then, shocker, my order was messed up, and it appeared that they had tactfully individually placed each onion ring in the tray so that it would “look” like a lot of rings when in reality it wasn’t a full order.
My second experience was in the drive-through. I had placed my order at the order screen, and the total showed as $25.51. I pulled up to the order window. The cashier held the card scanner out of her window, and I held my credit card near the scanner, hovering, not touching the scanner, and hearing the “beep” that the charge was made. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt, I told her yes, and she handed it to me (see attached photo). Boy was I surprised when I saw that my total was $29.34. So I took a closer look and saw that the receipt showed a staff tip of $3.83!!! When the cashier brought my order to me, I asked her why my receipt showed an unauthorized tip charge of $3.83. She looked all nervous and said “you must have touched the scanner pad when you paid”. I told her “no”, and that I made sure I didn’t touch it. I asked for her name, and then I asked for her boss’s name. In a rather cocky manner she pointed behind her and said “He’s right here, do you want to talk to him?” I could tell that she had full confidence he would back her, and would probably also say that “I touched the pad”, so I didn’t bother. So as I drove off, she was walking away laughing.
Making unauthorized charges to someone’s credit card is a criminal offense… trust me, I know. I’m very disappointed in the personnel and leadership of The Habit in Yakima, WA. Great food, but not worth getting ripped off.

Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly! It’s like a local Red Robin with faster service. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, and there is plenty of parking. This place is worth trying out if your in Yakima. The staff here is excellent! Both me and my family stop by frequently.

My first time here, did not know what to expect. My BBQ/Bacon/Cheese Burger was very good and at a reasonable price. The lightly toasted bun was an added treat. At the table, my Dad & I shared some onion rings and french fries as well – again, very good. The store interior was bright, clean and one staff member constantly clearing & sanitizing the tables. The bathroom was also clean. I was very happy with the food and facility. I will return.

NOTE: I’m glad I was not in a hurry (my Dad & I spend one day each week together to have a meal and just visit / he’s 85), and I now have a much better understanding of why the drive-thru is always full. My receipt shows I ordered at 12:25p. The “come get your food buzzer” (which they give everybody inside the restaurant) went off at 12:42p. So it was 17 minutes to get our food after waiting in line (5-8 minutes) to order. For us, ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY, it was not a problem for the long service time. We sat in the dining room for a couple more hours just talking.

To be fair, they promote “cook to order” food, and it DOES taste MUCH better then any McD’s, Burger King, etc. food.

When we have time “for the experience” , I’ll return with my wife for another burger.

They say they are open until 9:30, leave the doors open but say dining room is closed you have to go through drive thru. So I have to wait in the drive thru line for who knows how long to pickup a Togo order???

Service was amazing! 5 stars all the way. The busser was on point and managed the floor well. Spotless and sanitary! Give her a raise and keep her around for sure! Food was great and a good value.
