My fiance and I ordered pizza for the super bowl hours ahead of time from here. We waited for over an hour past our pick-up time for multiple pizzas which NEVER came. There were no staff up front to assist and dozens of people there experiencing the same issue. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. It is clear that they have no comprehension of time management and do not have an accurate gauge of their turn around time.
I understand the business is busy and I am perfectly okay with waiting, however, exceeding your pick-up time by over an hour and a half is not reasonable.
I would also like to add that the owner came out and told people that were frustrated that they could leave. That sounds like great business!
We will now have to request a refund as we paid online ahead of time and are going home empty handed to family and friends.
Thank you West Ave Pizza for a memorable evening. I truly hope you do better next time.

I have been using West Ave for my Christmas Eve dinners, this was my 3rd year .. I feed 10 or more, his food is outstanding and my whole family looks forward to it each year. one of the best chicken marsala & mac cheese i have ever had. also the boneless chicken cacciatore !! Yummy

My main focus is the fact i waited 30+ minutes for 2 small dishes. I watched 10+ people order after I did and get served long before. Tell ur cooks to stop being slow, push tickets out, you sell faster which creates room for increased amount of orders thus more money and customers will be happier and want to come back when they get their food in 10 vs 30+

Fifteen of us were in over the weekend. I was grateful they offer GF pizza, as I can’t eat wheat. I’ve visited many other shops and this was truly the BEST GF pizza by far than any I’ve ever had! The crust was crispy, it was a bit larger than most, awesome temperature, with perfectly melted cheese. Staff were welcoming and on point! I live about 35 minutes away but would drive to West Avenue Pizzeria again!

Update from Order placed 3/27/24… Pizza & Wings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12-cut square Pizza 1/2 Pepperoni, 1/2 Sausage, sauce & crust delicious! Cooked to perfection! Garlic Parm Wings were tasty as well! See pics!! Delivery in 40 minutes on a Wed just before 5pm… No menu provided with new prices charged for items ordered. Moved from area Mar 2024, so will not be ordering from this establishment any longer… See more comments under Chicken Marsala pic from orders in past years… Called over the weekend but phone was continuously busy. Went in person to place order, had a 25 minute wait. I haven’t had good luck with their Shrimp Scampi or the Chicken Marsala dinners that I ordered in past years or recently, but thought I’d give them another shot. My neighbors have had their pizza and said it is hit or miss depending on if you buy by the slice or a whole pizza. Wish I had positive feedback because I believe the owners also have West Ave Chicken & I love them and lots of their menu items!

I was looking for something for lunch while waiting at the hospital. The place I intended to go to only accepted cash so I tried West Av. Pizza. The slice selection was limited and not what I was looking for. I made 2 selections and both were very good. What bothers me is the interior of the restaurant. Alot of ceiling water damage, dirty ceiling vents, overflowing trash. The old saying, if this is what you can see, what are you not seeing. I will say there was a young lady wiping tables as people left.

I had recently read about Mario Cardenas West Avenue Pizzeria in Saratoga Living. Today I finally decided to give it a try — I’m so glad I did.
The place is tucked away in a small strip mall, not easy to spot from the road. I ordered a pizza pie to go for my husband and I. While I waited, I had the pleasure of meeting Mario himself, who was warm and personable.
At one point, the general manager, Nicole, came over to let me know the pizza would take a little longer because the first pie was a little too well done. She explained that it “did not meet their standard” and that they were making a fresh one.
In the end, I walked out with not one but two pies, a bag of Guatemalan coffee from Mario’s mom’s town, and a gifted jar of their house-made sauce.
The mushroom and cheese pizza was absolutely delicious! This kind of genuine hospitality and commitment to quality is rare. I’ll definitely be back to try their chicken dishes.
I highly recommend supporting this gem of a family-owned spot!

Pleasant service. The lady behind the counter was attentive and kind. We got the lasagna special today. My client loved it. Im not a fan of a lot of meat which is why I didn’t give a 5 star but the sauce and cheese was fantastic. Bread was fresh and tasty also!
