Paid for my meal using tiger eats account. Someone pushed a wrong button and now I’m put 15 dollars and no food. No one knows how to use tge system or look anything up therefore I lost my money and will not pay twice. I really don’t appreciate stealing and that’s exactly what just happened. Train your employees or close it down this is unacceptable

This was the most DISGUSTING FOOD ever!! Definitely not worth the money. I ordered beef and broccoli paid $6 for it to just have broccoli.!?! The food was tasteless. I wish I had never ordered from here. I wasted my money to get cold food that has no taste and no meat. Do better restaurants! Yall don’t mind taking our money and giving us not so good food. Shame on you

I love Panda Express but I HATE this place. I have been getting lunch here since I started college but after putting up with them for nearly 2 years, I am not going to waste any more money here. First the staff, incredibly rude ( except 1-2 people, you are lucky if you make it there during their shift), very poorly managed ( it feels like no one has any idea what’s going on). Then, there is no point of ordering in advance, no matter how early you order, food is never ready for pick up. If you were trying to squeeze in lunch time between classes, this place will successfully ruin your plans. What makes it more frustrating is the fact that they rarely ever properly fill the container, mostly you are paying full price only for half the amount of food. Lastly, the reason I kept going there, I was hoping the taste will get better. I can count on my fingers the amount of time they made good food ( unbelievably inconsistent taste and at times horrible enough to trash it after few bites). Incoming students who were excited to see Panda Express on Campus, save your money & time. And I genuinely hope management will consider our requests and frustration and make necessary changes (starting with hiring skillful cooks). Thank you

Like somebody else said in here all Panda Express’s are knock off versions of real Chinese food so you shouldn’t expect anything extravagant about the fast food restaurant. The orange chicken does not taste good in my opinion, it’s just too sweet and very doughy. On the other hand, the kung Pao chicken with chow mein is a pretty good choice. Unlike other panda express’s they actually make the kung pao spicy. The people are not super hospitable but I don’t really see that as an issue if you’re just gonna get food and go.

I have ordered from Panda Express many times because of its strict hygiene code. I used to work there a a teenager so I know every branch competes for cleanliness. The food has always been a mediocre cheap imitation of authentic Chinese food. The rice is has always had a cheap oil foiling taste. The meat is always over cooked. The chow mane is always rubbery after taste. Panda is what you get when there isn’t any other options.

I went in today and got some friend rice, orange chicken, and broccoli beef. I had to wait for my rag goons for like 10 minutes. Then when I finally tried my rice it was really hard, maybe old rice or under cooked. Not sure if they are under new management because I been to panda before and never had an issue. But overall the food is or used to be great :). Will go again. Maybe they were just having a day.

The first time I went, they gave my white rice (which was the last of the pot) away to the young lady in front of me. I had to wait on my rice and after they refilled that, they finished the teriyaki chicken, and I had to wait for that. The second time, I waited for white rice since they had none left. After they refilled, again, after already placing my order, they rudely told me to step to the side and to wait 15 minutes. Only positive is the first guy who took my order was polite.

The people are rude. Serving size is literally half of what they put on the plates at a normal panda express. I have never had the chow mein from panda at any other panda in the country be swimming in grease like this place either. Just bad.

Please have someone who knows how to cook rice, it’s has hard bits in there every time. Beef broccoli taste bitter because of the seasoning y’all put in. Orange chicken is okay but most importantly for me was rice.
