I’m very disappointed with my experience here. The service was poor, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. I waited for at least 25 minutes for just one sandwich.( B- Eveything) and I noticed that many people who ordered after me received their order before I did, and when I pointed it out to the cashier, she didn’t seem to care. Bad experience 🙁

Quite honestly consistently the most watery off-based I still lattes I’ve had in my life in Utah. I keep trying them thinking that they have improved and this change just lacks true barista skills. Interior and atmosphere is roomy with booths and that’s a plus.

I had the most delicious salted carmel hot chocolate here. I love the vibe here and just relaxed for a while. The servers were very good and care about their customers. I will definitely be back!

Took SO long when I was the only car in the drive thru, I added a lemon pound cake so that I could use my $3 off a $10 purchase from the app and the girl said she couldn’t find it…I showed her the coupon, she wouldn’t honor it. I’ve had so many problems using the app at this location so I’m not coming here again.

Nice, clean and welcoming! We went as a group of 4 people, each ordered and had 1 person pay. Seemed the wait was a few minutes longer than usual for your typical coffee, iced coffee or smoothie. The workers (2) apologized for the longish wait…. That’s why 4 stars. Other than that great place! Super clean environment, great place to sit and visit with friends. Plenty of booths or tables. Side bar for added straws, napkins, water, ice etc…. Open on Sunday, open WiFi. The drinks we got we’re tasty and worth the $$$ prices were from $3 to $7 depending on size and added extras etc… Great stop for a quick bite or coffee break. I can see why there been around for plenty of years! They know what they are doing and know how to do it, well!!

Just waited 15 mins for a hot carmelcjello and my husband brought it out and it’s completely wrong and cold. No one will pick up the phone so guess I’ll charge back because 9 dollars for a coffee that’s completely wrong and cold is ridiculous and I never leave reviews but can’t get a hold of them

I gave this location another try, and they’ve definitely improved their service. The staff was a lot more friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to come back here. Overall, this location is worth a shot.

I got a blended drink with half syrup, a breakfast burrito, and donut holes. Instead of half the amount of syrup for both flavors, I got one of the flavors of syrup at full amount. The donut holes were so dry they were sticking to the paper on the inside of the back and I had to tear open the bag to get to them, just for them to be hard as rocks and cold. The burrito was fine, just a really weird texture and lukewarm. Am not going back.

Went to the drive thru and ordered an iced matcha latte with soy. Was told they didn’t have soy, so I asked for whole milk. Barista repeated back with oat milk and after I asked again to make it with whole milk, the barista sounded annoyed and said they didn’t have that either. Waited longer than needed for 2 drinks, and matcha came clumpy and poorly mixed.
