So most generally I don’t have a problem with this store but last night was an absolute disaster. Ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food on the app. Pulled up to drive thru with around 8 cars in front of me. Get to the speaker and let them know ordered thru app. ” Okay please pull to second window” get to window and girl comes and says ” order for (wrong name)”? I tell her no and corrected the name on order. Her face goes blank. I think it was at that point that she realized that the car in front of me that had only ordered two items got handed four bags worth of food and it was my order. Now here is where it gets interesting. All of a sudden there are three what look to be managers standing looking dumbfounded trying to figure out what to do. After sitting there for 20 minutes they bring our four bags of food out. ( 2 family meal deals, double whopper with bacon, order of mozzarella sticks, order of jalapeno bites and an extra medium fry.
What we wound up with in the bags… 3 small fries instead of medium and cold, family meal deal, double whopper with bacon but it only had lettuce on it and was ice cold, order of cold mozzarella sticks, no jalapeno bites. Now it gets fun… Inside the 4th bag was 4 cheeseburgers, order of chicken fries and a medium fry, which I can only assume was someone else’s order. Had we not already been home I would’ve taken 4th bag back and asked for a complete replacement of my ice cold order. Oh and all the chicken was overcooked as well. Yummy!Dry cold chicken wraps!!!
I get that the place was pretty busy and mistakes can happen but a 20+ minute wait, ice cold, missing, and wrong food.

Burger King was a good place for a good bite to eat at in Butler PA. We went here and had a Whopper and whopper Jr meal there was no wait to get our food and other than 1 other person who was eating like we were it was not very busy today.

The manager on duty Bretta, was honestly the best! Waiting 11 minutes for our food but didn’t mind it and she still gave us a free pie for waiting. But the food was hot, good, and right!

The staff was so nice! We went out to the tots play area and they brought our food right to us (not at all expected). It was perfect for littles with a smal slide. And when I went back up to the counter to ask for some ketchup pactets, they were so nice again. Best service we’ve had in a long while!

Giving the crew at this location 5 stars for exceptional service last two times I’ve gone. My order was a special order and I know it had to of been a pain, but they did the thing, and it was on point! Always polite, and it made for a brighter evening. They deserve a raise!

During these hot summer days I frequently stop in for 69 cents ice cream cones/or 69 cent cup of ice cream, for My husband, myself as well as our 3 boys. They also do pup cups!! This trip we ordered 3 comes as well as a pup cup. Thomas was the young man that took our order as well as made the cones, he was friendly and efficient and made beautiful cones. We will definitely come back again.
