This is hands down the best hibachi I’ve ever eaten! I couldn’t believe it came from a food truck! The sushi rolls are also amazing! I will make this drive every time I want hibachi from now on! Huge portions! Great prices! Fast friendly service!

Best hibachi I’ve ever had! And the sushi is great. Although it’s a limited menu. And only cooked rolls. I always ask them no cream cheese. And to cook the steak (in the hibachi) medium. They are always so accommodating! I’ve been around 5 or 6 times now and it’s always excellent.
And the new Chic Roll is AMAZING! I hope they keep it on the menu!

It was delicious and served in a timely manner with generous portions. We ordered the steak, chicken & shrimp hibachi with an extra order of fried rice and it fed both of us. 4 stars only because I would have liked to have more sauce and vegetables in our hibachi dinner, but it was delicious.
