I debated about leaving a review because I was so excited that our small town was getting a Wingstop, but now I’m not sure it was a good idea. When it opened, the service was extremely slow which is understandable, they are learning. We were missing wings in our orders or they got the seasoning wrong. Not that big of a deal, I would just call and they would correct it. This weekend was where I drew the line. I had family coming over so we ordered from a few different fast food restaurants. I placed my order online like I always do and I placed it in advance (picking it up at 7:15pm). I arrived and my order still wasn’t ready but only took 5 minutes. While I was setting up all of the different foods for my family to enjoy, I realized that half of the traditional wings were not fully cooked. It was a 30 piece and I threw out half!! I was very upset. The boneless wings were perfect though. When I picked up my order, they didn’t seem like they were busy so I don’t understand how they could have missed that. I would prefer to drive to a different city to get my wings from now on.

I ordered online a 4 piece tenders and a 8 piece boneless chicken. Both orders had the flavors wrong. All they could do is remake my 4 piece and I had to go back n pick it up. They mess up my order and can’t redo both? Waste more gas to go back cuz they couldn’t pay attention.

We ordered this restaurant on doordash first they forgot our four piece tenders in our doordash.. i had to drive 30 mins to go pick it up after we specifically ordered doordash because we weren’t able to drive i’m waiting a extra thirty mins for my tenders lady said she’d get a free side since i had to go back didn’t give me any i had to ask what about the free side i had to wait a extra ten mins for fries asked if i wanted regular or voodo i said voodo ended up giving me regular was thirty mins late to work service was horrible and wasn’t even packed

So my daughter and her friends go there just about everyday during school at the end of the day. She loves the wings-her and her friends sits around and they all eat while she waits for us to picked her up, so we can take her home. I see this myself when we stop and have dinner too. However, lately my daughter has brought it up to my attention that one of the managers in particular a young lady has been telling them to leave the premises before or while eating there food and she is not very friendly. In my opinion, I firmly believe that this place would lose business if these kids would stop altogether going to eat there! I would definitely reconsider how all customers are treated in this establishment especially being a manager you would look forward to have lots of business from these kids after all this is a small town and these kids could just decide to go elsewhere. I also know for a fact that What-a-burger looks forward every day for these kids to go eat there it gets busy!!!!!

The service is always very friendly and great atmosphere. But I have to say, my experience there yesterday wasn’t great. My order took over 50 minutes, I think it may been an error. The wings were delicious though.

I’ve been to this location numerous times. You can tell that they were understaffed and overwhelmed by dine-in or take-out orders. The dining area isn’t the cleanest on the weekends, either. I ordered my meal ahead of time, and I still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Many people were frustrated and waiting a long time. I understand that this is a new location, but that’s just no excuse.

The soda fountain had all the drinks watered down. Not a single drink was good. The ranch was so mid. I got lemon pepper and mild traditional wings and i got nauseous. Will not be eating wingstop ever again.
