Put in a mobile order. 20 min drive. Get there and I had to wait another 20 damn mins for my Mobil order. For all that I could of just order when I get there if I’ma have to wait anyway. On top of that, there was no line. How does that work…won’t be goin to that location ever again…

unless you want to wait. Me and my wife stopped here this morning we do every Sunday morning. The service has been getting worse and worse over time. we order the same thing 2 egg and cheese biscuits they parked us and we set there for 15 minutes they were giving other customers their orders that had got there after us, so i went in to get my money back. my food was setting on a shelf, they tried to give it to me. i wouldn’t take cold food. i ask for my money back and was told there was no manager there (they pretty much stole my money) so i couldn’t get my money back until Monday its only $3 I’ll run more than that out in gas going back out there but im going to so i can talk to the manager

Came by 10:20am Sunday September 7th. Fairly quiet morning. Spent about 10 minutes standing at the front counter waiting to order. Made eye contact with several employees multiple times. Employees didn’t care and are content to ignore customers. If they had been very busy I would understand. But from the look of the order screen they only had two orders. One order for a single item and another for a combo meal. Maybe two cars outside in drive through when I pulled in. Eventually I got frustrated and walked out. Another thing we noticed is a car pulled out from drive through lane. So maybe he was unable to order too?
Don’t ignore your customers. If you are busy you can say “be with you in a minute”. Or heck, I’d be fine with “we are understaffed and can’t service you right now”. But ignoring people is rude!

This is the most incompetent store and has the RUDEST managers around. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. I’ve been here 3 times and 3 Strikes – I’m Done!!! You’d think since it’s one of the newest locations they would have their stuff together …. but no. They definately need friendlier Managers !!!!!!!!!!

Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in awhile. This one is a breath of fresh air. Was greeted immediately upon entering by the manager. Took my order fast and got my food super quick! Food was 10/10 price was 10/10. Overall great visit and super friendly staff. If you have had a bad experience here before I recommend you come back and try again I haven’t had a bad visit yet and will definitely be back soon!
