First let me say that we have always been a loyal family of Jack’s ..Their donuts were always delicious and they never skimped on the fillings. However, some of us are Apple Fritter people and today my husband bought 4 of them to the tune of $13.20 so ya, not cheap by any means! Boy were we let down.. they were greasy and sugary but as far as any flavor- not so much! There was only a few teeny, tiny pieces of apple and believe me I looked hard to figure out why they were so flavorless! Hardly any spice either. An expensive fried, blob of dough with a sugar glaze!
I called to let them know and her answer was “Oh” – so definitely not the response I was hoping for! Let’s face it- we all understand shrinkflation, but when you are part of a community for as long as Jack’s has been around with a loyal following – I would think that you wouldn’t want to cut ingredients that much especially when you’re charging $3.30 per fritter!!!
Also, would be nice to value your customers’ concerns and try to make it right!

I love this donut shop. They have cinnamon rolls the size of a plate ,bear claws ,bow ties ,all kinds of donuts the prices are reasonable for donuts are huge the people are always friendly

Jack’s donuts makes you pay extra for a chocolate bar doughnut first a circular sprinkle doughnut. Zero out of 10 would not recommend this place any further. Very sad that they charge for a bar. Donut never ever have heard this before when trying to purchase a dozen donuts.
