Although they have everything from delicious looking freshly baked apple pie to croissants, muffins, several flavors of cheesecake, and so much more, I went full Greek!

If I could give this bakery more than 5 stars, I would! Every item tastes genuinely Greek and unbelievably fresh. The baklava is perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and the koulourakia and melomakarona bring back childhood memories. You can tell everything is baked with care and tradition. The service is friendly, the shop smells like heaven, and the quality is consistent every visit. This is the kind of place that makes you excited to go back. Highly recommend!

Delicious. Even my regular coffee with was extremely flavorful. It was my first time here and the gentleman was quick to assist me once he saw me eyeing the exotic tea selection for quite some time. I was pleased to see food and such from other countries. The tiramisu, the coffee, the tea, and the service did not disappoint. Great spot for us here in Carlisle!

It’s just not for me. I’m more of a cute single portion type bakery that makes me want to order one of EVVVVERYTHING kind of bakery. This place is too fancy for me. They have tarts and baklava. The only cookies I found were “Greek cookies” packaged in larger portions and these giant cookies that were dry, tasteless not even sweet. They aren’t even aesthetically pleasing. The cheese danish was excellent. Everyone I came near greeted me even those who were in and out of the back. The two items pictured came up to a total of $10.18.

I stopped by this bakery and picked up a few of their mini desserts — two mini cheesecakes and a mini key lime pie — and WOW, everything was incredible. The cheesecakes were rich, creamy, and topped so beautifully, and the key lime pie had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The espresso cheesecake was incredible—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that bold coffee flavor.
You can tell everything is made with care.
On top of the amazing desserts, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

My wife and I visited this new bakery in downtown Carlisle. Walking in, it is wonderfully bright and clean. There are several pastry cabinets as well as dry Greek goods. I ordered an apple turnover and a greek-style coffee. They were very good. My wife was less impressed with her strawberry cheesecake, but it was likely the most basic of their cheesecake flavors. They had Reeses, Fruit Pebbles, Cannoli, and other creative flavors we didn’t get to test. She is still ready to give it another shot, though, so it wasn’t terrible. Worth a visit while downtown for sure.
