This is one of those hidden gems in the Miller area of Gary. I had driven past many times and stopped by for a girls night with my cousin. The staff were awesome. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was great. We had drinks, wings as the appetizer, Fried Rice and Ramen with BBQ steak. The owner even stopped by to greet us. I will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends and family

We decided to break up a road trip from Omaha to Cleveland with stops to local eats (because what fun is a roadtrip otherwise?!) Tiny’s was out of the way, but worth the stop! We didn’t realize it was an actual bar, derp, but that only made me get FOMO for the atmosphere that place could provide at night! -We came for breakfast-
We got the cheesy egg Sammy, and brisket biscuit and gravy, and it was nothing short of amazing! The portion was perfect, and worth the price point. Definitely on the list of midpoint stops next time we take this trip! I also wanted to add that the artwork is is fantastic, you can tell there’s a lot of passion pieces!
The servers were so sweet as well, you could tell they like working there!

We had a lovely delicious meal last week. The service was excellent and we were served quickly with hot food. They have changed up their menu, but I couldn’t resist the urge for a great burger – and it did not disappoint! Even the guitar player was really good and he wasn’t too loud. We were able to still have a conversation while listening to him. Keep up the good work, Tiny’s!

Really cute place and very kind servers. Espresso martini was good! Check food menu for brunch if you’re planning on eating, as it’s not real big and some items were out. I’d go back for the dinner menu.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since our first and only visit to Tiny’s after being highly recommended but our experience was pure disappointment. The barista didn’t seem knowledgeable with how to make our lattes, possibly new since he asked questions to the other employee working about them. The quiche like muffins seemed to be good until we found either olives or something else in them.
The atmosphere looks very nice and the cinnamon roll was great but coffee was terrible. Our review will be an outlier but unfortunately that was our experience.

A Sizzling, Soulful Stop at Tiny’s Coffee Bar in Miller, Indiana!

Tiny’s Cafe in Miller, Indiana, is the kind of place that makes you want to loosen your belt and settle in for a love affair with comfort food. My wife and I strolled in, and let me tell you, this little gem delivered a five-star experience that had us grinning wider than a skillet full of biscuits.

The service? Smoother than a sunny morning. The staff welcomed us like we were long-lost cousins at a family reunion, with warm smiles and hustle that kept the cozy diner buzzing. They were attentive, quick, and handled our order with the finesse of a seasoned short-order cook flipping pancakes.

Now, the food—oh, mercy, the food. My biscuit and gravy with a brisket swap was a revelation. Picture a fluffy, golden biscuit, split open like a love letter, smothered in creamy gravy that’s rich enough to write poetry about. Then, enter the brisket: smoky, tender, and so downright delicious it could make a grown man weep. Each bite was a masterclass in Southern comfort with a Hoosier twist.

My wife, meanwhile, was singing hallelujahs over her shrimp and grits. She declared it some of the finest she’s ever had—and trust me, she’s a grits connoisseur. The shrimp were plump, the grits were velvety, and the flavors danced together like they were auditioning for a spot on Broadway. Everything was fresh, hot, and plated with care that said, “We love what we do.”

The overall vibe? A five-star flavor hug that wrapped us up and didn’t let go. Tiny’s Cafe isn’t just a diner; it’s a mood-lifter, a taste-bud tickler, and a reason to drive to Miller.

From the clean, cozy setup to the soul-warming dishes, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving food that feeds the heart as much as the stomach.

We’re already plotting our next trip—brisket, shrimp, and all!

Me and my girls stopped in here by chance for a little coffee meetup and ended up loving the establishment! The bar tenders were amazing. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable! The vibes were something out of a movie. We definitely said we plan to come back! Mari, Matt, and Em were the absolute best. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was very flavorful! I also had the espresso martini and it was just perfect! 10/10 place ♥️

Staff was amazing and my French toast was heavenly.
If you’re in the area I would definitely take the time to stop home by and let your mouth be in heaven, trust me you will not regret it. Also amazing choice in music selection.
Another thing that I found very interesting was that they actually have three different menus part of me because I don’t remember when each one comes into play but that’s a lot of dedication going into what they do, so you should stop by and show them some love.

Had lunch at Tiny’s today. They are located just down the street from Lake Michigan in the Miller Beach part of Gary. Free EV charger across the street too! We ordered the black bean burger, vegan chicken sandwich and avocado toast. We loved all of it, great flavors. We had two iced lattes with almond milk, very good. They were very knowledgeable about all things vegan and happy to accommodate. Outside space is so cool too.
