Sbarro, founded in Brooklyn, offers the Original XL New York-style pizza. Our dough is made fresh by hand every day, and we shred 100% whole-milk mozzarella cheese at our locations. We also use San Marzano-style tomato sauce. Each slice is baked to perfection, providing that authentic, foldable New York bite you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re craving pizza, stromboli, or pasta, Sbarro uses real ingredients and delivers genuine New York flavor for any occasion.

Italian fast-food chain offering thin-crust pizza by the slice, plus pastas & salads.

Tried the Sbarro’s pizza for the first time and tried the vegetarian and cheese pizza. Both were fine, but we had to wait 30 mins to get at least one slice of the cheese pizza.
They have different varieties of pizza which is very convenient.
Also, the spinach and cheese pie was delicious.
The garlic bread sticks could have been better.
Overall I would rate my experience 7/10.

the workers here are so disrespectful. on multiple different occasions, they have made creepy remarks to me or other mall employees i know while were getting food on breaks. i had one ask me if the slice of pizza was too big for me and winked. it is disgusting and i doubt anything will be done about this, but i know im not the only woman who has worked at the outlet mall to recieve this treatment from the sbarro’s employees.

The stromboli was raw dough on the inside. Tried to call but number listed was no good.
Other than that I would give them a second chance with caution

Food is ok as usual but Manager was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Rude to employees and customers alike. Chastising employees for “putting food on warmer in incorrect direction”. Didn’t seem like a big enough issue to stop line and slam him in front of everyone but she thought it was appropriate Yelled out in a very clear voice to make sure we were up charged for lemonade and dipping sauce and everything else she could catch. I appeared offended, I was, and then she loudly stated, you don’t have to eat here. I absolutely will not, ever again and I was kind enough to share my experience with others so they could avoid the same situation.

I love this pizza and the breadsticks. I used to eat here a lot but the manager would leave you waiting at the counter for ten to twenty minutes without service. He would see me and not bother helping or acknowledging me. I liked when Mark worked. He was always kind and helpful. I finally stopped going because I never knew whether I would be helped or not. I went in a couple of days ago with my son and Mark was working. He was kind and pleasant like in the past. Too bad the other person wasn’t as helpful. I really love the food. If Mark is working I will stop and eat. If the manager is working, I will keep on walking. Not sure how he keeps his job.

We arrived just a few minutes before they opened. The gentleman rudely told us that they were not yet open; we had to ask when they would open. We returned after the given time to find the same gentleman watch us approach, then turn his back to us and continue prep work without addressing us in any way. We then noticed that he was not wearing gloves while kneading dough, so we walked over to Subway.

After reading a few reviews I realized most have similar complaints. Sbarro seems pretty good at responding and apologizing but apparently not caring. The reason I say this is because the same person that people seem to be complaining about, still works here. Why would you keep this man employed. He has a real bad attitude problem and acts as if he doesnt care. Ordered our food and he didnt even bother to heat it up. The family and me ate cold pizza. I didnt even bother saying anything because I knew it would turn into a confrontation considering just ordering was a confrontation. Never again. Don’t even bother sending me the link to the comment card. It doesnt seem like you guys actually care. Months and months of similar complaints and it seems apparent Sbarro has done nothing to correct it. My advice, especially in this location. Stay away!

Never had Sbarro before today. Recently went to New York and had pizza. This is very close to what I had. Super delicious. Only one guy working and he was super fast and friendly. No wait either.
