I’m pregnant and haven’t been able to eat much lately, but I was craving a skyline bowl so I went to get myself one. I ordered: 1 Burrito bowl with Cilantro Lime Rice, Cilantro Lime Chicken, Black Beans, Lettuce, Tomato, Corn, Cheese, Diced Onions, Cilantro, Sour Cream and extra Cilantro Lime Ranch on the side. I also ordered a bag of chips. I waited for my order and they brought it out to me nicely tied in a bag, asking if I was who ordered the Burrito Bowl and bag of chips. After receiving my order, I drove the 20 mins home.
I get home and open my bowl, and this is what I was given. No veggies at all, no cheese, the wrong rice, and no ranch on the side. Very disappointing after paying for the bowl and leaving a tip, to not even receive what I ordered, especially because I cannot hardly eat at the moment.
However, the employees were friendly. That was the only positive.

Burrito bowl with carnitas is my favorite. Street tacos fall to pieces. Even though this is a drive-through location, they will still ask for a tip. Annoying.

Last time I placed an order to pick up saw tons of cars In the pick up line spot was very rudely told I wasn’t to pull up that far when last time I was to pull up there and seeing multiple cars do the same young lady working the counter was rude about it and made me feel like was in the wrong definitely won’t be back don’t worry you lost a customer

Think freebirds drive thru version. I love these burritos! And the prices aren’t terrible. And during Christmas they have this Christmas tree cake flavored cheesecake that is SO good! Definitely recommend.

Fast. Affordable. Convenient. Friendly. Delicious. With an hour lunch break, it’s nice to have a place I can get in and out of quickly and still have time to eat. I’ve had great experiences every time I go there. Got the cucumber limeade (i think it’s called that) today and it was sooo good!
