Extremely Disappointed
I really wanted to enjoy my morning coffee, but this was a total letdown. I ordered my usual, but what I ended up with was definitely not my order.
Not only was the drink wrong, but the quality was just… nasty. It tasted burnt and watered down at the same time. It’s pretty clear the barista needs more training on how to pull shots and follow drink builds.
I’m not the type to send things back and make them do it over—I don’t have the time or the energy for that—so I just took it as is. But after two sips, it’s going straight in the trash. Total waste of money. Do better, Starbucks. Not only has it happened once it happened multiple times and I decided to finally make a complaint

So far for me has been one of the best ones I have been to, drive through. It does take some time sometimes, but they always have gotten my order correct and has always tasted the best coming from this Starbucks!

Its a ubiquitous Starbucks. The coffee is mediocre but its the staff that make it a good or bad experience. This team in Yuma were great.

This is definitely a neighborhood coffee shop. The customers were often called by name which I think is very nice. The clerk did not take our name so I’m not quite sure who would be grabbing the coffee if two people ordered the same thing. Also, there was a Mile code that looked like a cleaning area but I think it was also the bathroom but the alcove was dark and not inviting. Perhaps it was missing a light bulb that would be an easy fix.

Look, I gotta say I have had my first bad Starbucks experience…this child who helped me really my morning…her name started with a N like naharma with a heart on her name tag. She informed me there was no Irish crème syrup (no prob) can I have the foam instead? Of course she said yes but it would be more. I asked if I can be charged the price of what I wanted instead paying more for the substitution and she’s like uhm no we can’t do that she didn’t ask she didn’t seem to care I just stared because I didn’t wanna mess her morning up or make her look Anyway this early on a Saturday but I am upset. 3 stars because I’m sure she’s a good person but I don’t even like my drink I paid more for

everyone is always so kind and positive when I come in. Yesterday when I cam in, I even had a special little note written on my mocha that brightened my day. The staff there always goes above and beyond to welcome their guests.

Ordered a venti latte coffee and received a cup only 3/4 full. When asking why it was not filled up they only responded yep that’s how it comes. Why would I order and pay for venti when they gave me a grande coffee???!

I come to this Starbucks 6 days a week. Drinks are always made great. The staff is courteous, friendly, professional. A++ all around. Highly recommended!
