I came 30 minutes before close. Having worked there before I know the 5 minute rule where they should have product 5 minutes before opening and 5 minutes after close. They told me the blender machine was down for the night. So in other words, they deny customers because they dont want to wash a blender and wipe the machine down. The one on Bluegrass is WAY better in every way ❤️

The ladies here are RUDE. I ordered an iced Carmel Marval – they gave it to me hot. I said, I ordered it iced and they were so rude about it. One girl said “we are gonna be making free drinks all day”. Well if you made it right the first time, you wouldn’t be wasting my time and yours. You couldn’t of made the comment when I left the store? They were brats and it was so uncalled for.
