Place was clean, food was great, but the girl cashing me out had crazy attitude. I believe her name tag said Emma. Really seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and basically rolled her eyes at me. Personally if she doesn’t wanna be there that bad she should quit instead of giving customers attitude. Boy that gave me my food was super nice, taller kid, but i can’t get past this girls attitude.

I come here almost every night, 2 days ago I came here My food was old and burnt just gross, not even edible i gave it to my dog. It was that bad. I call and a lady writes my name down and says, yes, we’ll replace your order. So I come here to get my order replaced today and the guy running the place says, no, my name’s not written down and I have to pay. As he has the gull to tell me he’s trying to help me what a joke. I come here every night, he’s seen me there before, he’s essentially telling me that I’m lying while giving me an addiitude. They lost a customer for life for sure. Im taking this to corporate in the morning at this point its about princible. The managers should and hopefully will be replaced they are doing an extreme disservice to the owner and the burger king brand.. its a shame. I had to edit this review to come back and say…As I read through the reviews I see a couple times where the manager is calling customers liars. Lol well this seems to be a trend. Im gonna try to get ahold of the owner directly I don’t even want my money or food anymore im hoping these horrible humans lose their jobs

I was there the other night around 5pm. I was exhausted from working and in a lot of pain so wanted something fast but when I went to drive thru they made me wait for 20 minutes before taking my order. Then the boy who took my money said he’s been there since 8a and work until midnight and they still haven’t gave him a break and he’s been resting his GM and they won’t do anything either. Then when I got my food they just threw me my food and shut window and I sat there because I wanted sauce and just ignored me for like 10 minutes. And this was the manager. Wow really horrible service. Not worth it. I won’t be back. Paying 30 dollars for crap fast food I rather go somewhere else. At least they treat customers better not to mention not break labor laws

An employee demonstrated very professional behavior. Impressive how he communicated and acted. Should be in a manager training program. Not the tallest in physical stature, but the largest in customer relations and service. I will be stopping into this Burger King again hoping he will be working there.

Stopped in tonight to get my kids and I chicken fry meals ect. My poor kids couldnt even eat it they were rock hard. If they know they’re hard and stale why sell them? Its like they reheat the shit for hours until its no longer good. Pissed and spent 10 on a meal they cant eat.

Very clean restaurant. The work crew was professional and polite. The food order was taken quickly & filled promptly & correctly and was delicious. It’s been about 2 years since we ate at a Burger King cuz the local one closed. We miss it.

Why accept a delivery and send several updates on when it will be delivered to just ultimately cancel? Really frustrated as I would have gone to another store for food but decided to continue waiting based off updated delivery times and now everything is closed. Very frustrating. If delivery wasnt possible, dont send updated delivery times.
