I had one of those days today, the kinda day that gets away from you and suddenly it’s almost 9, everything is closing soon, plus it’s cold and I didn’t wanna leave my house.
So I found this place on google and it said they had delivery. I placed my order on their website at 8:55 pm and it was delivered to my door at 9:25.
I called after placing my order and Bryce was helpful, confirmed they got it, and recommended that next time I just call the restaurant to place an order on the phone, because the website can be finnicky.
Delivery guy was nice too, easy drop off experience. The pizza itself is delicious, a thinnish crust, the right amount of cheese and toppings, my only things is pepperonis are small, but apparently I ordered it that way so I’ll just have to pay closer attention next time (or call in like they recommend)

my family has been ordering from RT for 40 years. This is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, not just at a RT, in general. It came back thin, soggy and with half the cheese and little sauce. Also the wings were dry and overcooked.
I called to complain and they wanted the entire pizza back, to drive back there, to verify, or else 15% off the next visit, which is standard on their website. The owner himself gave these instructions. They completely lost my business. What restaurant do you go to and they expect the food back untouched in order to verify it was made incorrectly. Ridiculous. How can I review the food if I haven’t tried it. Not worth it for them for the bad review but I see I’m not the first one. They could have just accommodated me. No wonder they have a 3.0 here.

I always have been ordering from this branch but not anymore, their service is awful and they are always late, by saying late it’s not 15-30 mins late they are late more than 1-1.5 hrs
Their pizza quality is good, their prices are high but no complains about this.
If you want to make sure that you are getting your food in less than one hour compared to what they are saying do not order from here

Should have read the reviews from this location before ordering. Without reading all the reviews it’s no wonder why they have a 2.8 rating. Our Buffalo mild wings were not even tossed in sauce and it looked like they just dripped sauce over naked wings. And let’s not talk about some pieces of the pizza were missing the bottom crust! Yeah, took a nice big bite of air and cheese. Bad location and never again. ✌️

Moved to the area in 2020 and I have tried 4X to give them a chance but each time its been a epic failure for flavor and fallowing instruction’s… the crust has no flavor has the taste of just being mixed and made 20 minutes ago and when your ordering the king Arthur the toppings need to be correct to have the flavor and not reduced or skimped on, you should not be able to see the crust on that particular pizza. I placed the order when i was there, each time & still it was messed up, kids and a lady work the place. Corporate should review their practices… frozen Pizzas’ have more flavor and consistency they do

I’m impressed. Never had their pizza before until a couple nights ago, and I had to order again tonight. They do their wings proper for oven baked. Most chain places over sauce the wings and they lose their crispness, but these folks seem to get it. Fried wings are better in my opinion, but I definitely liked these. The Pizza I ordered was a complicated 1/2 this and 1/2 that, two different sauces and toppings. They nailed it! Quality ingredients and plenty of them piled up to perfection. Thanks guys!
