Can’t say I’ve been to this TB location numerous times but indeed enough to where I’m definitely comfortable coming back when in the area.
Always have had good service, fresh food and a spacious dining atmosphere with views of the tollway if you like.
Taco Bell has been one of my go-to fast food venues for quick, cheap and good-tasting food for several years now and especially with inflating prices on food it’s still is affordable.

My girlfriend & I came in & we asked the manager to please check the balance of a gift card.
The manager came to the front & asked the front cashier what we needed & the manager looked at my girlfriend & said, “OH we can’t check the balances” & then ran to the back.
Very unprofessional & when I asked for napkins they advised they only have wet wipes as they are also connected with KFC.
NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE.
We will be eating @ Panda or McDonalds before ever again trying the Lake Forest Oasis location.
Very disappointing.

Stopped in about 7 pm on September 18th 2025
Every single aspect of this vist was pitiful at best. Food was old and tasted like it had been sitting in a heater for hours. Some of the workers were rude and unprofessional to the point that had I been the manager I would have fired them on the spot. Other employees did ok. This place needs a major management overhaul and someone watching things very closely. This location could do much better! Absolutely shameful quality and service!

It ain’t a 4-star taco bell, the oasis is nice though. Food was accurately delivered, burritos were light on filling and undercooked tortillas ♂️

Literally never reviewed any place on Google before but this taco bell sucks. None of the stuff in my box was wrapped, and it was literally thrown from the kitchen onto the counter. Employee at the front was rude. Doesn’t matter nothing about this place will change

The girl at the register was really nice and she helped me out with figuring out what i want. Speaking of what i want, my foods was absolutely packed full, I’ve never been to a taco bell with such full tacos, and it was still really good 100/10 amazing experience

Got the cantina chicken quesadilla meal, the food was fresh, hot and pretty quick, and they had by far the freshest tomatoes, lettuce, and onions I’ve ever had at a tacobell. And the employees were very kind. Of course being on the oasis, this is best view I’ve ever had while eating tacobell. 10/10 experience.

I’ve got to hand it to them, these people are fantastic. We stopped in with about a hundred other people after Fright Fest at Six Flags at about 11:30 at night. We still only waited about 5 minutes for our food despite the large lines. Everything was perfectly prepared and not a single item missing from my $50 order. Well done!
