The service was good & the food was better then we expected. Typically, turkey legs are dry but here, it was not. Tasted my husband’s loaded turkey with Mac and it was flavorful, tender & moist. I had the drunken sliders & the tn whiskey sauce was very good. I’m pretty particular about yams but these were good as well. We’ll definitely recommend & return.

I had zero expectations walking into this place. The food was great. I ordered the dirty rice bowl with TN whisky flavor sauce (amazing).
My lady had the mac daddy turkey leg, with mac & cheese with greens, delicious is an under statement.
I also ordered the smoke wings and dirty rice to go. This place is well worth it!!

The stuffed turkey legs at Uncle Red’s Turkey Legs are next level. Juicy, flavorful, tender — truly #tendernism at its finest. Every bite is packed with flavor, and you can tell this food is made with care and experience.
You may remember Uncle Red’s from events or from serving at Carolina Watershed and Memphis BBQ, but now they have a permanent home on Broad Street, located in the old Salt | Soy restaurant space — and I’m so glad they do!
They have upstairs and downstairs seating, a full bar, and the vibes are just as good as the food.
⏰ Open 7 days a week, 11am–9pm, and weekends until midnight.
OMG — do yourself a favor and come check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Be ready to eat like its Thanksgiving! I didnt expect it as usual, Reds exceeded my expectations! I sat down and had THE BEST GREENS I ever had in my life! I almost ate the entire Turkey Leg! Great job brother, keep doing what you do!

BUSSIN! I randomly found this place on TikTok after driving to Memphis from Birmingham, AL. 10/10 forsure! The cook Eddie B can definitely cook! Best turkey leg I’ve had in a while. My GF and I got The Mac Daddy with the greens and mac & cheese. Super greatful for we decided to come!

Took my mother in law and my daughter! The turkey legs were really good. I liked the Tennessee whiskey flavor! My baby girl had hers stuffed with Mac n cheese, mine was the Cajun rice, my mom had the turkey bowl with greens, and had yams for the side! Alex was in training as a waitress, amazing personality! Jalisa was the bartender and the lemon drop was the bomb! We will go again!

The ABSOLUTE BEST Turkey leg I’ve had in my life!!!!!! Definitely life changing. Uncle Red and Chef Rome are the best duo great food, perfectly mixed drinks. Clean restaurant with an awesome atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and telling all who will listen to check out Uncle Red’s.

Liz is great .. awesome customer service amd knows the menu and what would be the best option for you portion wise…and the food…OMG…so good ..i am stuffed like this mac daddy turkey leg …only thing …i needed my own mac and cheese cuz my husband doesn’t even eat mac and cheese but he sure ate this…turkey leg was good and tender…we got our sauces on the side ..that garlic Parmesan sauce..good huge cornbread muffins..yes ma’am…we will be back…what yall say..clock it ❤️

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Uncle Red’s Turkey Leg, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The turkey leg and sides were very bland and lacked seasoning. On top of that, the shrimp I received was undercooked and appeared raw, which is a serious food safety concern. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the quality and preparation of their food.

It was my first experience today. And when I first saw the reviews months ago, they had a 3.7 but I wanted to see for myself and I must say the food was EXCELLENT!!!! … for the record I had the Jive Turkey with Cajun cream sauce, greens, and shrimp. A side of yams and cornbread.
