I was sitting in cafe for about 30 minutes enjoying my drink, but I couldn’t help but notice that on Tuesday 11/18 a poor young ( brown hair/ looked Hispanic) lady was cleaning the whole cafe all alone. Dusting, Sweeping, and also cleaned the front refrigerator. Then as when I was leaving she was spraying down Grabbage cans right by the dumpster all alone as well. Unfair.

This Starbucks needs a serious attitude check. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the girls at the window act like they’re too good to speak. No greeting, no “thank you,” just blank stares and snobby energy like I personally did something to them. It’s giving jealousy and unprofessional ALL in one.
And to top it off, last time I went, there was a long blonde hair in my sandwich. I guess that’s their “secret ingredient”? Absolutely disgusting. Between the attitude and the hair in my food, I’m done. I’ll be taking my money to the Gunbarrel Starbucks where the workers actually act like they want a job!

The event was falsely advertised, nothing happened and there were no updates. The trick-or-treat was canceled but they didn’t make any announcement.
