Incredible experience! Ted was our host and treated my staff to and unforgettable tour & tasting. The rich history of the vineyard was a revelation to us all. Wines were all delicious, and Ted’s expertise in navigating each one’s character really elevated the whole experience. My favourite was the Old Vines Baco Noir, it’s so great to find a high quality red that is made locally in Ontario!
Food from Short Hills Kitchen was also amazing, I barely got a picture before it was gone. My team really enjoyed the overnight brisket, which was so tender and full of flavour, and the macaroni and cheese. I would highly recommend visiting Henry of Pelham, my team and I had an excellent experience!

A MUST! We came for the Friday Prix Fixe dinner and were blown away. Sipping wine at sunset while live music drifted through the vineyard felt absolutely magical. The atmosphere was lovely, the menu superb, I highly recommend the oysters and the Lake Erie pickerel with cucumber gazpacho. I was here with my family, and everyone loved their meal, including my two young nephews. The price was very reasonable given the quality. A perfect summer evening and I can’t wait to come back.

We visited Short Hills Kitchen for lunch before doing some shopping at the winery. The outdoor seating space is beautiful. Lots of seating options that are covered or uncovered. The staff were great and our food didn’t take very long to prepare. I got the frittata and my mom got the margherita pizza. The pizza was good, not the best we’ve had but still good. The mushroom and asparagus frittata, which was a special, was very tasty and cooked perfectly. It was a good portion for the price.

The food was great but the value of wine for the money wasn’t great. I was told that this is a 9oz glass of wine. Maybe 5oz on a good day if your round up. It tasted good but nowhere near what we paid for.
The property is beautiful and the wine is delicious. Would have loved to have received what we paid for.

A friend and myself stopped in for lunch today.
The Charcuterie board was plentiful and filling. Great mixture of meats, cheese, fruits and antipasto. The pickled beets were so good…too bad they didn’t sell jars to take home.
We continued with a Margarita pizza which was cooked to perfection. As well as the Short Hills Salad which was superb and plentiful. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection with the right amount of grilled vegetables and the dressing just topped it off.
Thank you to Zach and Grace for your hospitality.
I would highly recommend for anyone to eat here. Lovely atmosphere, great wine, wonderful hospitality and superb food.

I love Henry of Pelham wines and recently became a wine club member. My husband and I thought it would be nice to try the restaurant. It was appallingly bad. The chicken salad looked revolting. The chicken was undercooked, fatty and in ill- formed chunks. I did not even try it. The dressing was flavourless and the three bites of the measly roasted vegetables were worse than meh. The entire lunch was inedible. When I brought it back to the service counter I got an apology and the offer to make me another salad, minus the chicken, or a sandwich, which I declined. She should have refunded. Very difficult to understand why H of P would have this restaurant on their property.
