I ordered food through Carside To Go. I wanted the burger well-done with no pink. It was completely pink in the middle and I could not eat it. The onion rings that I had ordered with it were burnt and not edible. My husband enjoyed his soup so at least they got that right. Very disappointed because I have been inside to dine and the experience was great. I will not order from there again.

Small Applebee’s but good friendly staff and quick service. Food is what you expect from Applebee’s but they do it well and I haven’t had a bad meal there. Bar staff is fun. Usually some games on the TV. Parking is plentiful and there is handicap parking and access. Restaurant and bar are separate and positive pressure sealed from each other with good sound dampening. Bar allows smoking and has happy hour specials as well as full menu. There are tables in the bar as well as bar seating. Restaurant can handle medium sized (20 or less) groups with some notice. I wouldn’t bring a big tour bus here without calling first. Overall I’d rate it higher than the nearby Ruby Tuesdays. Access is easy off and on US460. It’s smaller and has more of an intimate vibe.

Lisa, Nina, and Amanda are awesome sauce in a can. The bar crowd is ok. Moosic sucks. Food ok unless made by Darby, then it’s amaze balls. Ask for scooby snacks, just ask. Apparently their parking lot is a major HJ hot spot in Bedford.

The waiters are horrible standing around talking to each other about nothing. We have been sitting waiting on drinks for 10 minutes. My burger was cold I will never come here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t come here

I wish I could give negative stars as a one is generous. Our party of seven arrived at approximately 5:30, Sunday May 12. Mother’s Day. We were seated after about 30-40 minutes. Not bad considering it was a special day. Out drink order was taken rather quickly, and then it all went down hill from there.
After a considerable wait, we finally placed our order, only to have our waitress return several times to inform us that numerous items on our order was not available. Not one person in our party received exactly what they wanted. There were no crispy shrimp available, no chicken tenders, no onion rings, no ribs. All of which one or another in our party wanted. We all made different choices. Following a 70 minute wait our food arrived with most items being cold. I never received my dinner at all and was offered an apology and a simple I have no idea what happened to it.
Thankfully my son in law while waiting for dinner, drive to the Mcdonalds across the road and returned with french fries and chicken strips, which kept me from watching as everyone else ate.
Needless to say I have no desire to ever return to this establishment. What a dreadful experience….

The waitress was cordial at best (she looked out the window the whole time she “greeted” us) and reeked of perfume….service was not friendly or personal…with only 6 tables occupied…unlimited chicken took about 15 minutes to get a second order. The food was decent once it was served and our drinks were good. A few good waitresses would really make a big difference to this establishment.

Absolutely the WORST! Ended up having to wait to be seated and there was only one other couple eating. Once seated, or drinks were brought out, but the group of 4 seated after us ordered before us (we were a party of 2). Floors were sticky, menus sticky about some listening to the group of 4 ordering, they were informed the fryer was not working and certain things needed to be substituted. This is all poor management! Firstly, explain the fryer is broken BEFORE you seat your guests! We sat and waited for 20 minutes and no order was taken. I’ve NEVER walked out of a restaurant in the 40 years I’ve been alive until today. I will NEVER go back to this location AGAIN! Thankfully there are many other options for restaurants the in the town of Bedford, Applebee’s is a VERY poor excuse! No friendliness, no apologies, just sticky floors and sticky menus. Wish i could have rated you zero stars! What happened to you Applebee’s, you use to be one of the best restaurants around!

Our team is amazing and I never get bad complaints from any of my customers! We have an awesome crew and everyone who enters the restaurant gets treated like family! wonderful experience, our waitress Kate “K8” was very friendly and wonderful to us. The food and specialty drinks were great. the steaks were extremely tender and juicy. i know that we will be back. also it was my birthday and our waitress brought me out something special. your GREAT K8, we will be back again our next trip down.
