Excellent environment! We were there on a Saturday night and it was quiet, but we were told that it can get loud when there is an event in the hotel or even just an event downtown. Chris was the manager and Min was our server. They were both excellent, respectful, and hospitable, as was everyone who helped us throughout. We loved the Brussels sprouts, seafood pasta, and garlic fries! My boys loved the kids’ meals as well, eating more than they usually do at restaurants. The hotel also has a rooftop bar, cloud 9, that is absolutely a must-visit after dinner!

We had a wonderful meal and great service. The view is very nice. Our only complaint is there seemed to be some issues with the air conditioning and the restaurant was very warm. Our server did everything he could to bring us ice and cold water and was very accommodating.

I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood sea-cuterie and the drinks were thoughtfully crafted. The view and the service was wonderful. Great prices and I was blessed with my complimentary birthday cake and drink, which was not announced so super special.

This is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the cape fear river. This is one of the best views of the water in Wilmington. Very comfortable nice tables and booths.
The food was very good(4stars) but it was not great(5). The grits had a great taste but there were lots of lumps. The fries were a bit greasy but tasted good. The shrimp were big and had good flavor but were over cooked. The product and recipes are great just had some execution problems. The rolls at the beginning of the meal were free and very good.
I still would recommend this to a restaurant to try if you are visiting or live in the area.

This place was super cute! I love the aesthetic, and my waitress, Maddie, was super sweet and a top-notch server! My only complaint is that I made a reservation for a table with a great view. After the hostess attempted to seat me at the bar, I spoke with the manager who sat us at a table that was close but not a window seat. There were 4 tables at the window with wonderful views. One of the four tables were available. The time of our seating (5pm) and he said the vacant table was not available. We stayed at the restaurant until 6:45, no one ever came to sit at the vacant table that I wanted. I’m sure there is some reason unbeknownst to me for them saying that table was unavailable but an honest explanation would’ve been appreciated. Again, Maddie was awesome! Her service was 10/10!

The whole experience was wonderful. The Ahi Tuna was delicious! All the food we ordered was fabulous! Shannon our server she was so delightful and pleasant. I would also like to mention Snoope who also served us was so warm and friendly. We will definitely be back!

My S.O. and I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and we spent a lot of time at many other local restaurants since this is our annual vacation to treat ourselves. Out of all the places we ate at, this one is tied with Oceanic at Wrightsville Beach in our book (minus the ocean view on Crystal Pier). We came there frustrated because we had a bad experience the night before at another restaurant, though we left happy, full, and refreshed from Steam. Our server, who I believe was the bartender too, Shannon, was incredible. From the moment we sat down she greeted us after the hostess showed us to our table which had the best view of The Riverwalk. She offered to make us custom “mocktails”, our food was mouthwatering, and the ambience felt like a near candlelit dinner. It was beyond what we expected from the “hotel restaurant”, and arguably it was the best one during our vacation. We cannot wait to return the next time we visit Wilmington, and we hope to see Shannon again.

I really enjoy that this restaurant welcomes those whom aren’t hotel guests so tourists and locals can try this amazing place too. This restaurant is located inside Embassy Suites and it overlooks the river. We were lucky enough to get a seat by the water to watch the sunset. The portions sizes and prices are great for the quality of food. I really like the homemade rolls you get along with your starter. The triple tail fish was the dinner special and we loved the sweet fish paired with sweet corn and a creamy sauce. The service by Jessica was great. She was super friendly and made sure we knew what was happening with our dinner. I liked that the GM was involved with her restaurant and she made sure to stop by and see how we were doing. We look forward to stopping back and maybe trying out their couple dinner special next time for date night.

This was a WONDERFUL experience!!! Got off late as a first responder and wanted a nice dinner for my birthday. And wow!!! This place did not disappoint. We were seated and had a wonderful server named Jenny!!! The food was outstanding. I’ve worked in restaurants and have ate at many and I can say this truly was a top place for dinner. I can not put into words how delicious the appetizer was, the entire entree, and the dessert and drinks were Phenomenal!!!!! Top 3 dinners of my entire life. <3
