Very authentic and superb. My wife is Dominican (came here when she was 20) and I’ve been to Puerto Rico for work several times. The mofongo is the best we’ve had anywhere. The patalitos are just like my mother in law used to make. Sweet plantains and Tostitos/fritos were amazing. We got a mojito that was perfect. Oh and the arros con gandules (rice with some type of peas) was also great. We also tried this sushi like roll that was really good too. We love this place and will return for sure. They have a menu or you can get stuff from the hot bar. Everyone was super nice, bi lingual, and the atmosphere is very cultural and even included chancletas (sandals) lol. Good times and well worth a trip. Some people might think the street looks kind of run down but the inside of this place looks clean and nice and high end.

If you’re looking for authentic Dominican flavor, this place hits every note! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and that warm island hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned rice and beans, tender meat, and tostones that tasted just like home! You can tell everything is made with love and pride. The atmosphere, the music, and the service all make you feel like you’re part of the family. Highly recommend it — I’ll definitely be coming back! Tuesday is sushi special and let me not forget about Sundays with live music love love this place !!! Patricia and Brenda are AMAZING!!!!

Wow. I am speechless, the atmosphere was amazing. There is a live performance every Sunday night. The drinks were unique and tasteful – I am from RI and I have never seen a lychee mojito on the menu. It was jaw-dropping. I will highly recommend. The server, George was so helpful and accurate on his recommendations. I will be back.

The food was so good and fresh. The whole staff was kind attentive and their service was quick end efficient. So nice to have a taste of home we all enjoyed our meals. I ordered 2 whole chickens with a side (tostones) and this is what I was given! When I got home and called, I was told this was the order! This crap costs $48 plus tax! This is the biggest robbery I have ever experienced! I WILL NEVER RETURN! I rather have thrown my money in the garbage! The worst restaurant experience in my life!

I saw the hype online and decided to check out this restaurant for lunch. it was packed, we had to sit at the bar, parking was difficult but we ended up parking by the diner. The bartender was great, making our drinks super fast and strong. The sushi was good, and the empanadas were not blind..lol the beef tostones cups were alil too dry but had flavor. Everything was great. I wish we could have really got to eat more because everything looked so good. We will be back..
