Very busy location during rush hour—lines for the drive-through snake into oncoming traffic on Maple Avenue/Rt. 123. Thus, service can be rushed at times. The interior is small but has okay seating (though not as comfortable or spacious as other nearby locations, like the pike 7 or oakton stores. It often becomes quite loud inside because a fan above the entrance/exit doors blasts at full power (getting as loud as 80-90 dB) whenever someone enters/exits through them.

This is a great Starbucks location! The staff is super friendly and the location is small and cozy. The drinks were hot, fresh, and well made. The pastries were fresh. This is a location I would come to regularly for sure. Only point is that the parking lot is a little small and there was a bit of a traffic jam as people were trying to back into parking spots. Definitely a location to try if you’re looking for a delicious drink!

i this starbucks! the staff does a great job and is friendly even early in the morning. parking lot is small so best time to go is early or late before the other stores open. also easy walk in from the bike path.
i would take a star off because they no longer sell newspapers. makes a second stop necessary in the morning just to get a paper. does someone not understand a paper goes with coffee!!!!!!

They have one large table inside, lots of smaller tables lining the walls, bar seating, and outdoor seating.
There are plenty of outlets!!! That alone deserves five stars.

Just left my neighborhood store and the line was 10 cars deep while the staff at the wi dow were keekee-ing and conversing. We ordered tea and it took 8 minutes of watching them play around just to get it. Do better. Continue to put your customers first. We’re not there to hang out otherwise we’d come inside. We are rolling through for that quick fix as we go about our day. There shouldn’t be a major delay. Thank you. I’d hate to start back patronizing the Safeway location down the street without a drive through. Something has changed there.. please fix it back. They used to know our daily orders.. now just young folks distracted.

The entire honey mixture sat at the bottom of the cup coagulated and not mixed.

Very noisy when sitting inside / doesnt have a coffee shop vibe more of a gas station. the workers slamming things around very loudy and ifs constant banging… sucks since this is the only SB on maple. the tables are old it hasnt been kept up with the whole look. this area needs a nicer SB. it needs a makeover BIG time!

The staff here is very friendly but they need to pay better attention when a customer asks for a customized drink. If they ask for extra scoop of a powder or an extra shot of espresso or a dairy substitute, they need to make sure to accommodate. Again, the staff is friendly but I’ll probably go to another Starbucks because the majority of the time, they get my drink wrong and it’s not cheap.
