Great place to get a good chicken dinner that’s open 24 hours. I left and didn’t get my full order and called and the assistant manager Slim was more than helpful in making this manner right with us. They offered to replace the meal & they did the next night! Excellent customer service. Thank you to Hunter working the drive through that helped us out, he’s a great customer service employee. And shoutout to the kitchen for a fresh hot 5/5 meal.

The food was great although it took the staff a very long time to process a simple order. Perhaps they were prioritizing the drive through lane but the inside service seemed to take quite a long time. The cashier was very kind and handled the busy lunch time crowd very well.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Bojangles. Having lived in Charlotte, NC, Bojangles is just a part of life. I really enjoyed my visit to the Sanford Bojangles. My only complaint, and it’s not with this site or it’s employees, is that they don’t do bone in chicken. This was a decision corporate made for all their new Bojangles restaurants. Not sure what motivated that idea.
Anyway, the Sanford restaurant was great. I got breakfast and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great breakfast. The biscuits there are some of the best around!

Pam and Ashton were incredible!!! My food was warm, my service was amazing! This was just before 1:30 am on a Wednesday night, and they were still SO warm and welcoming, my food was the perfect temperature, the atmosphere was incredible, they listened to everything, I was not missing a single sauce nor a single napkin. I used to go to Chick-fil-A, because I appreciated the immaculate service with the immaculate order precision and sides. Bojangles is the only place that has proven to do just as well— if not better when it comes to service and attentiveness. Other fast food restaurants have done extremely poorly in the area of accuracy- which I feel is a standard pillar in the fast food industry. PAM was incredible! Her sidekick Ashton was awesome as well. My food was HOT, exactly correct, and I felt a wonderful connection with the staff in a manner that I would highly recommend. I will absolutely be back; I am over the moon with the consistently correct and friendly service. Pam and friends are absolutely the backbone of the success at this bojangles location.

The chicken sandwich was delicious. Just a bit spicy and very juicy yet very crispy. The fries were salty and the Mac and cheese was tasty. The biscuits are the best! Inside is pretty nice with good music and the staff on duty were very friendly. I will definitely come again!

First time coming to the Sanford location and haven’t been to any one in a long time and that was out of Jacksonville Florida. When I say I would come back again (because Jax had gave me a bad taste didn’t care too much back then) this location got me like ok I will see you again. The young gentleman was very nice and the store was very clean. Seems like everyone there was smiling and made me feel like I would be happy to eat the food they prepared.

Christian was absolutely outstanding. His service was above and beyond what we expected to recieve today. Being so close to Christmas, we kind of expected a worn out worker, but he was cheery, friendly, and showed genuine care for us. It was refreshing and delightful. The food, as usual, was delicious. Who can resist the biscuits, the flavorful chicken, or the super tasty ranch!? The dining room was quite cold, which is why I marked the atmosphere as a 4 instead of a 5. Overall though, the experience was far better than we anticipated and we will definitely be revisiting… especially if Christian is our cashier.

Food and service are definitely not what it was before the store burned and was redone. The girl working the counter was clearly overwhelmed by basic task with only 6 people in the restaurant. One couple left due to the frustrating wait. The manager stepped up to get things moving better.
