So happy to come across great coffee on my roadtrip, especially after having gas station coffee!! This was a sight for sore eyes. Absolutely stunning shop, great food and delicious coffee. Barista today was excellent! If I ever find myself in Gallup (or anywhere nearby) I will be back!

On my way back from california, last night I was in flagstaff. Rise and shine before the coffee roasters were open there so I did some research and it was Gallup coffee company that looked perfect and gave me an opportunity to visit this very special unique coffee shop.

FANTASTIC London fog tea. Cool vibe, good seating, friendly barista. Great spot to work for the day (though I was on my phone, not the wifi). Good outlets! LOVE the old school safe in the main room, good luck on the lounge!
Only advice to management is to ditch the Fluorescent bulbs! My preference I suppose, I just don’t love the lighting tone. Something warmer, maybe some big Edison bulbs would really compliment the history of the space! Obviously you have not asked for my advice, only sharing in case the idea resonates, otherwise disregard.

This was more of a coffee shop than a restaurant which was okay as we were just looking for a quick breakfast. It was similar to a Starbucks but far less expensive and better food choices.
My wife had a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee. I had a hot cocoa, and a breakfast sandwich, which was basically a basket with an egg and bacon in it.
They specialize in coffee there and my wife said it was really good. The coffee was pretty good too, but the breakfast items were fairly ordinary.
If you are looking for a good cup of coffee and a place to kick back for a bit, this could be the place you are looking for.

Very impressed with this coffee stop. Good atmosphere, good food, and great coffee. The seating is comfortable and the shop is quite spacious. The staff was positive and quick with our orders too. Worth a stop if you’re passing through!

Delicious coffee, wonderful atmosphere. This coffee shop roasts it’s own coffee and has an attached bakery. The Chile mocha was sooooooo smooth. Other areas of the country do t have the magic touch and are too aggressive with the Chile. This was not the case here as it was easy to drink and totally enjoyable. The biscochito drink was spot on, not overly sweet at all and the flavors were balanced and smooth. Lastly, the bagel with green Chile cream cheese was the perfect breakfast to walk around the area and do some jewelry shopping.

Coming from Korea this is by far the closest thing I have found that has a Korean cafe vibe. The staff is very friendly and the treats are made on site. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. I strongly recommend trying the red chili mocha and the biscochito latte. I definitely will visit again.

What a great coffee shop. Wouldn’t be out of place in any major City but it still has a small town feel to it. Coffee and pastries were excellent. Highly recommend coming down to Coal Street in Gallup. After a relaxing coffee in a very pleasing environment we had a pleasant time walking around admiring the Murals, Richardson Pawn shop and the Electric Shoe Shop. Downtown definitely has something going for it. After the walk around pop into the coffee shop for another cup of coffee before you get on your way
