The chicken lentil soup was so delicious. Chicken meatballs with spaghetti maranara was good nothing special. The pasta shrimp bacon and brussel sprout was very good. Creme brulle was good. Service was great atmosphere was very nice. Make a reservation.

As per previous reviews, the hostess gave attitude. I politely asked for a table for one, rather than being like “I’m sorry, we’re booked for the night but I can offer you a seat at the bar” she said with a nasty tone “ThEy’Re aLl ReSeRvEd” I’m like … okay? Also she probably discriminated because I did have my beach gear on me (but I didn’t look ugly, I tried to clean up nicely as best as I could); so fellow warning to other beachgoers. What really made up for it were the two gentlemen working at the bar (cause that’s where I was seated). They were both equally nice and super attentive. The food was okay. The oysters? 1000000/10. Wish I got a dozen. They gave me bread and butter as well … but the butter was sweet? Couldn’t explain the flavor. It threw me off but I liked it. The pasta was hard and the sausage overpowered the lobster for it being labeled “The Angry Lobster Pasta”. Would definitely come back again (with reservations) to give it another chance.

This restaurant packed into a tight location really fits its name. An exceptional menu, outstanding service and a lively atmosphere make this a hot spot for dining in the heart of Long Beach. I ordered the rack of lamb off the specials menu and it was so good I cleaned the bones with zero shame. 10/10 highly recommend this spot

We’ve been here a few times, and the food stays so good. A very nice lady assists us and is very accommodating. We also enjoyed their desserts and cappuccino. So yum! Congratulations on a job well done. ❤️

Food was very good and so was the Atmosphere . Service ???Waitress , comes over and says : “Can I get any Drinks from the Bar”. Yes, this was the first words said ….. Does not smile , does not say here name … I later found out her name was Aleese , I am unsure how to Spell it. Maybe Aleese was not happy that day. No reason to be bitter with your Guests . Considering we were Four Covers , and bill was over $400.00 , I would expect Friendly service … For this reason we will not be back

It was a good stopover and hideout from the Long Beach winds.
Oysters were great, so was the bacon. Salad was fine and did the job of filling us up with greens. Steak was tasty!
Won’t rule it our next time we’re back.

Came here to meet up with some friends. The food was great, my friends’ steaks were all to their liking. We got several appetizers, my friends wanted the dumplings which I was skeptical about but they were actually very good.
I got the herb roasted chicken with a mushroom risotto. Great flavor profile and mix of textures. After trying my friends dishes I would also recommend the potato gnocchi bolognese!
The chef and owner came to our table throughout our meal talking with us, as well as the people running the food from the kitchen cracking jokes with us, it was awesome.
It was a good experience, a bit expensive, but I would come back!

Best spot in LB if you’re looking for something different. The drinks are amazing and Matt in the kitchen is just awesome.
If they have oysters go for it, especially in the winter months.
