I ordered the Cajun burger, it comes with a side and i chose the regular fries. The fries were good and a nice portion. The burger was one of the best that I’ve had, the only problem for me was that the first bites you could taste the spicy but it wasn’t overwhelming, it complemented the burger but in the end it was a lot (for me). But the taste was amazing and one of the best fried chicken I ate.
I ordered takeaway so I couldn’t experience the atmosphere for long, but the restaurant is small and there were groups there that made the space really loud. Really nice decorations tho.
Service was amazing, everyone was so nice and attentive. I would go again!

American here— this place RULES. Some things I’ve been missing in America that I found: endless free water refills without asking, ranch, orange cheese, cheesy millennial decor, large portion sizes, and spicy food. The fried chicken is just so crave-able and juicy and satisfying. We even got to meet Ashley, who has authentic southern charm & hospitality.
We ordered a LOT of food in the 2 times we visited and did not come across a single thing we didn’t LOVE and DEVOUR. I can highly recommend the fried pickles, loaded chili fries, buffalo chicken burger, Nashville tenders, tater tots, and Cajun fries. Make sure you get plenty of ranch to dip!!

As Americans, we enjoyed this spot and thought the food was pretty good! We liked the wings a lot, and the Nashville sandwich was pretty good. I think next time we would try that Totchos over the normal tots. Wish the loaded fries had some chicken on them! Bonus points for it being all halal. Make sure to get a reservation as there can be a wait.

Small little hot chicken place,I had the hot chicken burger with curly fries and blue cheese dip and the water was free.
The ghost pepper sauce that I asked for in the burger was definitely hot enough,the good kind of pain I was looking for.
The curly fries were delicious and crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside,just perfect.
The only thing is I think the blue cheese dip could have a little bit of a stronger flavor but a very good filling meal overall 5/5

We enjoyed ou visit to Firebird. Great food and service. Its a refined recipe and the hot honey burger is very good. Good decor with american licence plates. There are limited seats ao recommend a booking. Parking migh be a dood idea to try on the street where you see Buttlers in the corner. Otherwise can get harder. Reccomended.

Tried a few bits from here tonight, burgers, loaded fries, tenders etc. and it was delicious, it’s slightly expensive but well worth it in my opinion. I will definitely be back for more.

The best chicken I’ve had in Dublin. I’ve been eating here since they’ve opened, and their Nashville style cooking is something I haven’t had since I’ve left the States. Their buffalo wings are particularly good. I was able to try their first Taco Tuesday recently and enjoyed each of their styles.
I only wish they were for available for delivery like they were when they first opened, but I look forward to going back whenever I’m in the area.

Had a great evening with my friends who came all the way from Castlebar and Waterford. Of course not to forget my lovely wife. So the four of us had dinner here. Everything from the service to the food was top notch. And the chicken is halal. You can pick what level of spiciness you want. They serve chicken burger as well which to me was delicious. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Overall and great experience. Would definitely try again in the future. Would highly recommend everybody to try this.
