Great service at the counter. Quick! This KFC is an exception to all other KFCs! The condiments were well stocked. They have a freestyle drink dispenser and the food was hot and good. The original recipe chicken breast was moist and the biscuits were NOT dry. My daughter went later and said her chicken sandwich was dry.
The place was clean and I still recommend that this was a great KFC. I would definitely return when in town again.

My large family had the greatest experience at a KFC that I know of for at least 30 years.
Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!
Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!
Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.
This restaurant was so clean! I could tell that the employees are committed to their duties.
It has new management all around and you can tell that the staff cares and the past experiences are behind them.
This level of quality is unusual in this industry nowadays.
I highly suggest supporting this establishment!!

Waited 15 minutes as they were out of chicken. Ordered a 12 piece mixed and we got 5 thighs, 3 legs, 2 breasts and 2 wings. They boxed the chicken extremely hot so all the breading became saturated with steam and fell off. But then the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. To top it all off, they didn’t give us the mashed potatoes and gravy.
Called corporate and they really can’t do anything. The store obviously doesn’t care about their product and if corporate isn’t going to intervene the. It will just continue to be bad.
If enough people stop going maybe it will just go out of business.

Came in on our way back from kiddos birthday vacation, and I have no words for how great this place was to us! Food: instantly ready, hot and delicious. Staff: above and beyond friendly people(they asked if it was my son’s birthday and when finding out it was, they brought him a chocolate cake)! Never felt rushed. A gem to find such good employees!

I ordered the 16pc meal. Spent 52 dollars. And the chicken hair hair in 2 pieces of chicken. Something in the Mac and cheese and it looked like someone stuck their finger in one of the biscuits. And the biscuit were completely smashed. I had called KFC Corporate and asked for a refund, they were extremely apologetic. And said that I would get refund, that the General Manager would be in contact with me. Then I had “Kayla” the manager call me. And she told me the best she could do is offer a new meal. There was hair in the chicken, and smashed biscuits. That loses the whole appetite for the whole store. I said, no thank you, I would like a refund. She then stated that there is a no refund policy. How is there a no refund policy with hair in chicken? That’s disgusting!!

Order the doordash with a thigh and a pot pie while the pot pie is good and was freshly edible it was so desiccated literally had no meat on it to start with it looks like it’s from yesterday and has been reheated and reheated period I’ve never seen anything so disgusting I did attempt to try to eat it but it was so dry it might as well have all been Gristle

This place use to have the best customer service. Caring and friendly. Tonight I asked for sauce and the guy was completely rude about it, as if I bothered him asking. Came home and called the store manager because it was really obnoxious. She gave no apology rather defended him and his tone. So apparently, KFC doesn’t care how their employees treat their customers. The leadership needs to learn customer service skills so they can teach their staff.

The two pieces of chicken were old and dried out! Tried calling all evening with no answer! Last time I will ever go there!! I had even asked the young man if the chicken was fresh!! Stupid me went back at 7:02 and ordered 2 cooked to order chicken sandwiches! Out of chicken sandwiches on a Friday night?!?!?! What a joke!!! Stupid me,got the cooked to order chicken sandwiches, not fresh at all! Not even hot! Called at least a dozen times including this morning no answer!! Do not go to the KFC on Walnut and 7 hwy! Zero star’s! Answer the phone!!!
