The worst customer service.
They were also completely out of barbecue sauce. Instead of giving us another option, the rude individual walked away.
They also make you leave and drive “around” to get your food if they run out. Not wait on the side. Get back in line – in the drive thru. Avoid this place is my recommendation.

I came in and the supervisor was chatting with three men on the corner and yelled she’ll be right with me when I waited in front of the register. No on in line. Person who was taking the drive through orders ignored me while took orders next to the register I was standing in front off. Finally the supervisor who was wearing a button down shirt took my order with no apologies that I waited while she mingled with what seems to be her friends. I order and when she was reading my order back I barely could understand her because she seemed in a hurry and with her accent was really hard to decipher. I repeated my order and she gave me a snerk attitude and said that’s what I said. Customer service is horrible in this place. Sad how you are in customer service world and yet do not provide it for your customers. To add to the experience this place looks dirty compared to the other places I’ve been in.

Food is never fully fresh, even after being told to wait.
In addition, rude staff, never are up front about issues (outages, shortages, etc.), and every time without fail forget sauce or other condiments — Its impressive.

one thing that I dont agree on the managers always i mean always treats the employees tough its a fast food environment. They should enjoy working there and not workin with management that gives them an attitude retirement should be an option.i visited the restaurant a few weeks back just to see an attitude environment can be very iffy .wo t ever stop going to Popeyes food is always great

Taste is overall very consistent, but service could be improved. The dinning area got a nice setup but on the smaller side. Parking is decent. But what matters is the chicken. It’s always good. Today I just grabbed the new chicken sandwich and it was made to perfection. I recommend this place for sure.

The staff’s attitude is consistently terrible. I live five minutes from this location, yet I’d rather drive to Springfield for Popeyes. This isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve been there enough times to see that the store’s culture itself is the problem.

Very bad service. My husband ordered online and was scheduled to pick up at 5:10 pm, order number 12, but when he went, the order was not ready. The manager just ignored that the order had to be ready. My husband waited around 1 hour. The order was delivered to him at 5:55 pm since they gave more priority to the drive-thru. I am very disappointed with the service and that they are very rude and disorganized, except for one of the employees who was kind.
I hope the owner for that store is reconsider , we are the customer ,we pay for food is not free and is not cheaper, please recommend your employers more friendly with customers

This place does not give you napkins, a cup of water, or a single sauce with a purchase unless you pay extra for it. (In their defense I didn’t ask for napkins but my order also didn’t come with a single one.)
