Arrived at my set time for carry out. The new GM, Amber, greeted me. Checked on pizza, apologized for the delay as they were busier than expected. She offered a dessert for the delay. I worked in service industry for many years totally understand. She was great then brought my order to me in car. Definitely will be back.

We came inside to get some buffalo wings and I’m pretty sure Lisa took our order. She was sooo sweet, kind, welcoming and patient. I love services that are so welcoming and help us out whenever we have questions without making us feel uncomfortable! God bless her soul and keep up the great work!! Whoever is manager should definitely give that girl a raise, she deserves it for her great welcoming costumer service, she was on top of it!!

Went in to grab a pickup order. Place was swamped with people waiting. Lady behind the register was apologetic, very kind. Waited maybe 5-10 minutes longer than the app said I would despite the kitchen being staffed by only three, one being a guy on his first shift. The melt was so much better than I expected.
Staff & food get five stars.
Management get zero for under hiring and throwing these good people into the fryer.

The person taking the order was combative when I was placing my order. First thing I say is two pizzas both hand tossed. Then the guy asked me what crust and I said I told you, hand tossed. Well, with an attitude he replied back “You never said that.”

Horrible experience. Took 55 minutes to receive my order. I had to call the restaurant 6 times until someone picked up, and they just said “it is on the way”. I chatted with someone in customer service on friday (4 days ago) and they said that someone would reach out. Well – here we are 4 days later and no one has contacted me about my experience. The worst service, and no follow-up to make it right.
Horrible service and will not order pizza hut again. If I were you, I would avoid this location at all costs.

I’m always missing something from my order and tonight 12/31/24 they hung up on me twice then put me on hold over 10 minutes before I just hung up. I don’t understand why nobody can at least take the phone call so I can at least get refunded for missing items. Also my cheese sticks arrived cold and I had to cut them myself and put it in the oven. HORRIBLE!!!

I popped in to order a personal size Hawaiian pizza for my mom, and Everett was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me back on my way in no time. Mom loved the pizza. Great service, great food!

Today.. I visited 2 diferent times to pick up pizzas.. I wait both 20 minutes on front desk.. after that employee said for me wait others 15 minutes. Always same default way.

It seemed like this place was running behind and the main thing I thought that needs to be improved is the very tiny waiting area in the front, there is barely enough room to stand if there is a line. You guys should definitely invest in increasing the waiting area

Update: 4/2 – William remade my wings. This time I got bone in. They were delicious. The BEST wings I’ve had from Puzza Hut!! Those wings were perfectly made.
