Our menu features an array of mouth watering Grilled Penn Station submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

I stopped to grab a sub on the way to work. Got the monthly special which was a dagwood sub. There were a few customers eating and a few waiting on food. I ordered and moved down and paid. Got my drink and sat down to watch the football highlights on the big screen. Before you know it I was so into the highlights I forgot about my order. Fifteen minutes had passed. I noticed the people who ordered behind me were eating. So I walked up and asked about my order and was asked what’s my name. After I told him he searched for it and came back to ask me to repeat my name. When I did he said I know what happened and walked away. Fifteen minutes later he called a name and a gentleman walked up with a receipt and he hands the gentleman a sub and fries. I watched him go back to his table where another gentleman was sitting. He said ‘I’m glad I was hungry, another meal and it’s free’. Then the manager called my name. Handed me the order and said ‘sorry for your wait’. Now I’m running late to work and have to eat on break and have to reheat my sub that has lettuce on it. I spent over thirty minutes for a small meal. They compensated the other gentleman after he ate my meal and didn’t let them know it was not what he ordered. I’m not going to push to judgment, but that is not how you treat your customers. Selective. I will be getting intouch with the corporate office. I will never go back to that location again.

Well I did have to wait upon trying to order and I had my two young children with me so I was easy going and patient about it however a big con for me. It was a Saturday night and this place wasn’t even busy. So I finally order and the food is made timely but most of all my cashier made my entire visit because she was very sweet and nice to me. She was an older short woman , so thank for for your courtesy honey. Food was okay but that’s really about it , doesn’t seem my meat on my sandwich was properly cooked.

Horrible customer service from Kasandra. Do not order through DoorDash. Their phone number was not working. After about 40 minutes waiting a driver sent a message saying they ran out of multigrain bread so would not make the order with white bread since it would mess up their inventory (the order could not be changed through DoorDash to update the bread). I finally got through to Kasandra who initially said the different bread would mess up their inventory then she told me the order got stolen…. and then she said now they’re closed so there’s nothing they can do. Worst service.

Rating not low enough. Called in an order for 2 subs and a lg fries. Nothing crazy. Arrived 15 min after I placed the order and waited for fries (as normal). I then proceeded to wait another 20 min in the store before receiving my order. There were 3 other people in the entire store, all also waiting for theirs. There were nearly twice the amount of workers as there were customers. Of those working, nobody was communicating, everyone was moving slow, and the manager was literally standing by watching everyone work. All of us were waiting on our fries, of which they only had 1 of 4 fryers running. After receiving my order I asked for vinegar and the cashier said “sure” only to immediately answer the phone and walk into the back room. When she returned she stood there until I finally asked her again. If that wasn’t all bad enough, my fries were raw and limp, subs were cold (as they were ready when I walked in the door), and were wrapped as a sloppy mess along with the entire bag (picture attached). It was a Saturday night at dinner time. I don’t doubt they may have had other online orders, but this is crazy. Will not be returning to this location.
Edit: This is the second time I received my food a sloppy mess. Only got mayo and teriyaki and ordered light on both cause I know this has been an issue here. View the second picture to see their version of “light”

Penn station in Whiteoak on Cheviot Road of Cincinnati, ohio has a Racist manager by the name of Lisa who allowed herself and the employees to serve all the caucasian people who came in after my fiancé to be served first. She refused to give me corporate # or employee’s names on the shift so I could report them…. I ordered at 3:09 food was ready at 3:29 I didn’t receive it until 3:58pm. Poor customer services is what I have experienced at white oak location….
