You wouldn’t expect much from a little taco stand way out in Dickson County. But the stellar online reviews drew me far outside my Nashville bubble to this little food truck behind a tiny house with a covered dining area. The charm was immediately evident. And kudos to Juanita’s for serving very fresh food, having quite an extensive menu, and keeping long hours while most restaurants out in the country close early.
The tortillas must be homemade, because they are a thing of beauty! The pollo and asada tacos are okay, not great. But the carnitas tacos are astoundingly good! Pulled pork and little bits of tasty pork fat emerge amidst the fresh cilantro and onions! Juanita’s is a worthy pilgrimage and a stunning hidden gem! They even have an outdoor sink to wash your hands after chowing down on their delicious food! That might have been my favorite surprise!

This is the best Mexican food you can by in middle Tennessee. Yes I said it. Great quality and authentic. The service is great the family is always welcoming the seating area is basic. Covered but in the open. If they put a fan in for the summer and some heaters in for the winter it would help a lot. But please don’t let that stop you from trying this place out. Great food the eating area is in the open and like I said covered and always super clean.

Absolutely delicious! My husband and I are moving about 10 mins from this taco truck & we are ecstatic to have such a tasty spot so close!
We both had tacos & were surprised when they gave us chips & salsa as well!
The salsa & chips were very good.
The Al Pastor, Chorizo, Camaron, Carnitas & Lengua tacos were all excellent. Especially the Al Pastor & Carnitas
We also ordered the Jamaica(hibiscus) Aguas Frescas, which was very tasty! Can’t wait to come back & try everything else!!

Meat was Very bland no flavor,seasoning. The sauce wasn’t the best either go to ANY taco truck on nolenville Rd in Nashville to compare & you will know exactly what I mean.. only gave at least 3 stars because it’s still taco’s

100% authentic. Reminded me of the taco trucks growing up in Arizona. Excellent food with great flavors. I tried 4 different tacos. Next I am going to try the burritos. If the burritos are anything like the tacos, ill be stopping every time i pass. I have passed this place multiple times wondering how good it was. I recommend you stop and try it too! 8AM to 9PM Monday – Saturday.

Excellent food! My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times and the quality is always outstanding. Only downside is that the food truck is right next to the highway, so it can be a bit loud at times. The food is definitely worth it though.
