I had such a great experience at this Domino’s location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and friendly service. Faiza, Adnan, and Alomgir went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt truly valued as a customer.
Faiaz was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Adnan was professional and efficient, ensuring my order was ready right on time, and Alomgir showed amazing hospitality, checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left.

Last time I’m going there. Ever again. Firstly, I walked in there to ask about my pre ordered pizza. I said my name, and he shouts what? What is it? I shout again, as loud as I can what my name is for the order. And he asks what is it? After a couple of tries, he was able to get my name. I was standing like 2 feet away from him. And there were like only 3 or 4 people in there and it was quiet. It’s like we were speaking on a construction site, or somewhere very loud. This alone means I’m never ordering here again. Secondly, the pizza tasted sour and was very bad. The dough was very super thin and the pizza was lite, even my gf noticed it. Maybe they removed or reduced the dough size per pizza. I asked for extra sauce, the pizza was almost dry. The cheese was very lite, there were so many areas with no cheese. It was covered with 50-60% cheese on top, and the cheese was paper thin. I ordered a pizza from another dominoes that’s a little further away on the other side, and I was right about everything. The bread was fluffy, the sauce dripping, the cheese decent and nice.

Where do I start. I ordered a pizza at 10 o’clock pm. Over an hour and a half goes by. I call the place and ask what’s going on with my pizza. He said it’s been dropped off. It wasn’t….. guy said he’s not gonna argue with me. He said his driver called 3 times. He never called. I have multiple cameras around my house. I visited this site at Union Road and Maryvale Drive in Cheektowaga. Was not told of any specials. I had to ask and found out when I got home that there was a special for 2 topping pizzas for 6.99 each. I bought 2 med for 9.99. One of them was mushrooms, green pepper and sausage. There was no sausage on that pizza.

Exceptionally underwhelming. The chicken alfredo pasta bowl was half filled, and the pasta was old/browned/ dry except for the little in the middle. I should’ve known not to get pasta from a pizza place but I had to try having seen the menu picture of it. Stark difference from what I received sadly.

This place is a complete joke. I ordered 1 large pizza and a dipping sauce for my husband waiting at a truck stop. First, the guy who took the order could barely speak English and had no clue what he was doing.
The order arrived — $29+ for a basic large pizza with 2 veggie toppings — and of course, the dipping sauce I PAID FOR was missing. When I called back, another guy with even worse English told me I could come pick it up myself. Are you kidding me? If I could come pick it up, why would I pay for delivery in the first place?
This is beyond unprofessional and feels like they’re just out to rip people off. Disgusting service, rude staff, overpriced food, and zero accountability. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.
Save yourself the frustration — go ANYWHERE else.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, they also hung up on me while I was still talking!
