It’s been a minute since I’ve stopped at Lisa’s Pizza and I’ve only ever been during the summer months previously so maybe more effort is put in for the tourists but this was the fried dough I received today. I didn’t notice the toppings out so ordered it with butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Got home and opened the box to this (note: the bite out of it is from me). I didn’t have any toppings to put on at home but I doubt that would have made any difference. I was going to give it one star but the confidence to fry this up, look at it, and then serve it anyway is inspiring and deserving of a second star.

We always make it a point to stop at Lisa’s whenever we are in OOB! The pizza has always been fresh and made to perfection. The beach fries and fried dough are phenomenal as well! Highly recommend!

I passed this place a bunch and I finally decided to try it out. The pizza place across the street was closed so I gave this place a shot. Friendly staff, great branding, clean. The pizza was horrible. It says if someone tried to create pizza here and never realize that they improved upon it elsewhere in the world. I assumed I would eat this on my way back to the highway, I was very wrong. I couldn’t wait to find a place where I could pull over and throw this in the trashcan. I got about four bites in before I just gave up and realize it’s not worth putting this in my body. This would probably be a good pizza to send to correctional facilities or be featured as a terrible school lunch somewhere. Would not recommend. I suggest the owners go on a small road trip and visit some upstate New York bar, pizza places, maybe some Connecticut style pizza places as well as New Haven, Boston, and New York and reevaluate. Go pick up a Cape Cod Pizza in the frozen food section of most local grocery stores and compare it. Do better, good luck.

There is one thing that makes me keep going back to Lisa’s Pizza is the fact that the Hot Bucket of fries that I ate tonight were as good as the fries I ate from Lisa’s Pizza last year.

Tried all the pizza joints at the pier. One slice of chs pizza per place. LISA’S was hands down THE BEST! Great crust, great sauce. The line speaks for itself.
They’re also a few dollars cheaper than the other places for a whole pie.

We were on vacation from MA. Great pizza. The best french fries I’ve had in a long time! Quick service. Have to look for seating, no eatting area. Walk up service. Staff were nice. The 26th OOB Car Show was going on and their were so many nice and friendly people.
