I honestly never thought I’d be back at this Subway location after past experiences, but Haley completely changed that.
From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about doing her job well. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, kept a positive attitude the entire time, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed or frustrating like before.
It’s rare to come across someone who can single-handedly turn around your opinion of a place, but Haley did exactly that. Because of her customer service alone, I’ll be returning to this location—and actually looking forward to it.
Subway needs more employees like her. 5 stars without question.

I ordered online and I get there, and end up waiting another 30 minutes in the drive thru. As I get there, the girl in the drive thru is scratching her head, no gloves and no hairnet. She then tells me they don’t have the bread I ordered. I never complain. Today was just horrendous. The bread was all messed up.

Visited this location today. They were out of turkey, American cheese, & most chips. The ice machine was not working & there were no refrigerated drinks in the fridge.

Been coming here 3-5x a week for about 5 months give or take and im wondering when is corporate or owner if privately own fix the ice machine dilemma just wondering as a true loyal customer that comes here but yet I cant get a fountain drink with ice because there is no ice ….. this has been months now paying extra for bottles beverages!!!!! @coorporate/owner let’s satisfy all yge customers that want a fountain drink…..

Yes I drove up to the Subway restaurant and tried to order from the drive thru but the menu board was all but non-existent and I really couldn’t order from it. I will add a picture so that you can see what I am talking about.
So I went around to try to order from the front lobby from inside the store but there was sign up in the front door that said closing at 8PM. It was 6PM at the time and the door was locked. So I couldn’t get in the front door. Then the employees started motioning me to from inside the store go thru the drive thru and I tried to tell them that the drive thru menu was virtually non-existent and that I couldn’t order off it and they then ignored me. So I got in my car and drove away. That is the last damn time that I will go back to that place that is for darn sure. It was just terrible service. Below is their ridiculous and non-existent blown out menu board.

Drive thru has a sign to go into lobby to order ,i go to door to order Door is locked i came to eat at 8:45 pm on Tuesday and employee states they are closed at only accept orders online and thru the app only but the sign on the door says hour of operation open until 10 pm . Poor management allowing this to happen ,what if someone dosent have there phone on them ?

Worst store ever. While mistakes happen some employees are not only incompetent but extremely rude. I rather drive the extra mile and go to the resler location. One employee even tried to blame me for her mistake. No initiative to resolve the issue.

I order on the app for delivery. The person who dropped off the food left it on counter . She didn’t bother to say who it’s for being it’s a medical office and a lot of employees upfront. The order was wrong was not what was on the receipt for the order. Very bad service and didn’t deserve a tip . Will never use delivery again.

ordered my food 20 minutes in advance, i showed up had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to forget to add turkey and lettuce to my meal. two very unmotivated workers were working the front and i saw multiple people pull up through the drive through and not get ANY service.Long story short i will NOT be ordering from here anymore and i advise anyone thinking about it,DONT.

I ordered a tuna foot long , a churro and a small grilled chicken on the door dash app. I didn’t receive my churro , my 2 subways were nothing but bread and a few pieces of veggies and the wrong cheese in it.It seems like this location only hires incompetent people. This is not worth 26 dollars.
