I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni in the drive-thru. I also ordered a pepperoni puff. They didn’t ring up the pepperoni puff. There were NO APOLOGIES when I went back inside to correct THEIR mistake. They also didn’t put extra pepperoni or sauce on my pizza that I PAID FOR! Clearly your pizza makers can’t read! I asked for a remake. They remade it but unfortunately, I got a pizza with tons of pepperoni and zero sauce. I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE!!!! The little girl up front, Lyzette, was very unconcerned that nobody could get my order right. Frankly her attitude sucks every time I come in there. It took 45 minutes to get a freakin’ pizza and crazy puffs and they weren’t even right! The crazy puffs were burnt and not edible and there was NO sauce on the second remake. I told the employee who gave me my order that I wasn’t happy, but I took it. I threw that mess in the trash and went to the McDonald’s next door. Y’all need to overhaul the WHOLE STAFF! Hire competent people, please! Until then, I won’t be back! I will be contacting the corporate office first thing Monday! There is DEFINITELY a good reason y’all have a 3.4 Google rating! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Was ubering and had to come here to pick up a pizza. Was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait which isn’t a big deal. While waiting the employees started to verbally fight I’m assuming or it was directed at me for waiting. Not sure but the driver with blonde hair and a half fade was complaining and the two women prepping were yelling at him. Got here at 13:37-still waiting at 1400

I dont understand why it is hard to make a simple pizza. We bought two large pizzas one pepperoni the second pepperoni and mushrooms. I’m not sure if they lost their pizza cutters and the store phones or just flat out don’t care but judging by most of the reviews I’m seeing this store has a lack of the latter. If y’all need someone to show you how to cut a pizza I’m sure pizza hut wouldn’t mind. THIS PIZZA IS SAD It might as well of had a prescription for depression because damn.

Service was ok and timeliness was great however one of our pizzas came out burnt. The cheese looked nasty and unfortunately we didn’t check the pizzas before we left the store. I tried calling a lot but no one answered. I tried a slice to see if it was at least ok tasting to eat and it tasted horrible so that was a waste of money and a pizza. We also got buffalo wings and normally I LOVE buffalo wings but heads up the buffalo here taste more like pepper ( as in salt and pepper shakers) with a hint of buffalo but the ground pepper taste is very overpowering and I do not recommend. If they made regular buffalo wings without the pepper taste, I think it would taste great.Normally we have good service and food here and if someone answered out of all the times I called I would have given another chance or gave a higher rating but they knew that the pizza they gave should not be given to a customer, it didn’t even taste like cheese, I’m sure you can imagine the taste based off the picture.

We ordered stuffed crust pepperoni and I checked the pizza and I clearly ordered stuffed crust and it even stated stuffed crust on the print out ticket on the box. We paid $9 and got the $5.99 classic pepperoni. My husband was very nice about this, but I would have asked for a refund. He was told that they don’t know why the website is advertising stuff crust pepperoni because they don’t have that anymore and they convinced my husband to take the pizza and they will give him breadsticks. I should have ordered Papa John’s $13.99 stuffed crust pizza even if it cost me a couple more dollars.

Ordered a deep dish pizza, today is our 31st wedding anniversary, as well as the first time ever ordering from Little Caesars.

Follow up:
The pizza, bread sticks with Marinara sauce were very good. We usually only eat pizza from one specific Pizzaria.
We were pleasantly surprised.
Delivery driver (Doordash) was polite, and professional.
Overall, a good experience. We might even make this our go-to pizza place in the future.

I placed a online order named Mackenzie October 26 2025..I did not get my complete order and missing the crazy bread..been trying to call since I got my order but no one is answering the phone. Well the only issue I have is it is never hot and ready it is hot and wait. Came here three Fridays in a row at the same time and had to wait 15 mins each time and they say well lot of people been coming in which is understandable but if you are have that rush weekly at the same time you should be more prepared
