Great food but prices are way too high . Every meal we tried was seasoned very well to perfection. Parking is issue sometimes. Decor and atmosphere needs major work . Too noisy and it doesn’t feel like an upscale expensive restaurant, which is trying to represent. Menu offers a big variety of new items which is not boring meat and potato. Definitely try it once . I have been to Noir several times and loved it on every occasion.
One of a kind kosher restaurant with a Tel Aviv taste and ambiance. The food is great quality and very tasty. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with an open kitchen concept. The staff is welcoming and the music in the background makes you feel in Israel.
It’s difficult to choose a favorite dish – I attached pictures from several of my visits .

This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Fresh food, great service, beautiful inside. Everything is cooked to perfection and super clean. The kindest owners. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

It is a small business and a small restaurant so you would expect that the owners will care for hospitality, but they greeted only their friends. Son/ Waiter will not release a single smile. Felt like crashing a party. We had to repeatedly ask for bread you would expect to be an obvious thing in an Israeli restaurant. We asked for well done we got red.kids didn’t like the French fries.

NOIR Bakery had amazing reviews, and I wasn’t sure how a transition to a restaurant would bode for the owners, but I ate at the restaurant a few weeks ago and I kept reminding myself that I had to go share my experience for everyone to read. You never ate at such a tasty KOSHER restaurant. We dined with a group of 10, so we could try everything on the menu. And everything was a 10/10, we were in utter shock. The BEST kosher restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food is handcrafted with the perfect amount of spice, flavor, and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend it enough, I have spread word to family and friends, and can’t wait to visit again to try the rest of the menu. NOIR Restaurant is onto something!!!

I was debating on whether I should write a review or not, because I want to keep this place a hidden gem. The customer service is great and I especially love working with the owner Nancy. She knows exactly how to run a business with a warm smile. This is a family owned business and I think the quality of food beats anything you can find in Queens for a fact. Its on the more expensive side, but worth it. My personal favorite thing on the menu would have to be the Sliders, then the Bone In Rib Steak. Thank you Noir, keep doing great things.
