First time here. The lady who took my order was very pleasant. I wasn’t sure if the size of the hamburgers so I ordered the double patty. Big mistake!!!! It was too big for me to finish . Meat was done although I prefer the patty to be a bit crunchy on the edges. Still tasted really good

French fries were piping hot and they had ketchup in plastic bottles like when I was younger. Nice concrete picnic tables outside. A pleasant drive up from Fayetteville and a pleasant time spent there. Looking forward to going back!!!

Best burgers in the state! We drive across the river to eat here on a regular basis. Hand pattied fresh on the spot. There is a reason this hidden gem is always packed despite being located in the middle of nowhere.

Idk what has happened to Cain’s here lately but the food is different and I’ve been hearing a lot of complaints from coworkers and friends. I went today and got my usual (burger atw and a fried pork chop sandwich). The burger was good and the same as it usually is but the pork chop sandwich was garbage. It wasn’t a real pork chop with the bone, it was a boneless pressed pork, thin, schnitzel like thing with completely different flavor and breading on a hamburger bun instead of white bread. I definitely won’t order that again.

It might be my first time at Cain”s Grill but it will not be my last. Hot dogs were delicious and the burgers were good too. Service was quick and friendly; atmosphere of small town dining at its finest.

This place reminds me of the food from my childhood. Honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had! It absolutely melts in your mouth with every bite. Get the burgers all the way and thank me later.

I had heard about this burger place from a lot of people. So I decided to see what the fuss was all about. I ate there and was not impressed. The burgers had no taste at all. I was very, very disappointed. Melvins burgers aren’t the best, but they are better than Cains. Service was fine atmosphere was fine. Burgers thumbs down.

Great country location in White Oak. The Carolina burger was excellent and my husband said his hotdog was also very tasty. He loved the burger and fries as well.

Cain’s Grill is the epitome of a true American diner experience. Walking in, you’re greeted by wood-paneled walls, classic diner benches, and a vintage Pepsi sign that instantly sets the mood. It feels like stepping back into a time when burgers and fries were the heart of American comfort food.

I ordered the double cheeseburger and chili cheese fries, and both were phenomenal. The burger tasted like it was made with fresh, local beef — you can just tell when the meat hasn’t been sitting in a freezer. It had that unmistakable, juicy flavor you only get from truly fresh beef. The chili cheese fries were the perfect indulgent side, with a hearty, flavorful chili and just the right amount of melted cheese.

Cain’s Grill is as American as it gets. Great food, nostalgic decor, and an atmosphere that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. If you’re looking for an authentic, old-school diner with quality food, this is it.

Bring cash to tip, the machine won’t let you on your card.
