I went for lunch today around 12:45pm. The lady in the drive thru window was very patient and helpful but when I got my order my burger was wrong(I ordered a whopper jr add cheese, how hard is that?) I was given a double cheeseburger plain! I ordered 2 orders of chicken fries. They were hard and cold! Very disappointed. Haven’t been to Burger King in a while and was excited for it. Now, I am highly dissatisfied and annoyed. Won’t be back

Came here for a quick bite and we were amazed with the amount of GSU decorations and support. I got the egg burrito and it was pretty good. When we came, they had a sign that they only took exact change or card. While also the play area was closed for maintenance.
Update: still a great place, they gave us tons of ketchup. It took a minute through the drive through but it was kinda late at night too.

Ordered whoppers were given whopper jrs. When I asked they said they were out of Whopper buns. I told them they should have sold us whopper jr combos. The lady just walked away. So make sure you ask before ordering so you don’t get cheated out of your money.

Stopped here for a quick bite and was throughly disgusted with everything I sat in the drive through while employees hung out and B.S.ed the onion rings were cold straight from the drive thru window my burger was wrong. Just saddened by my favorite burger stop yall gotta do better here .

If you want to make changes to your food, like asking for no onions on your burger, they WILL ignore you and get it wrong. ALWAYS check your food because they mess up almost every single time. It’s the cooks. Cashiers get it right on the receipt but the ones in the kitchen NEVER listen.

Second visit, ordered 2/ $5 breakfast croissant special, was not posted, had to ask about special.
Food was prepared correctly, room temperature. Was bland, sausage had NO taste.
2023 – Ordered 2/$6 Original Chicken sandwich, FF and Bacon whopper for DW. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Took 10 minutes.
The dining area and counter area was horribly HOT! NEEDS TO BE COOLER INSIDE!!

After working all day and getting in, I was encouraged to try the whopper melt. What a complete disaster/disappointment with this meal. The size was the first issue noticed and then the fact that the bread wasn’t toasted as well as the bacon burnt. The overall taste was not that good but because I brought it so I ate it.

I walked in today at 1:45pm. The woman at the front counter didn’t bother taking my order and told me “it’ll be a minute”. They were backed up on orders. The front counter woman kept fussing that the cooks were placing the food in the wrong place causing confussions. After waiting 10 minuts, still not having my order even placed, I walked out. I took the attached picture as I was leaving. That truck was the last truck in the drive thrue line due to “confussions”. I went to Wendey’s where it only took 7 minutes to be seated with my food.
