The service was unacceptable and incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant being empty, the staff chose to stand around chatting instead of doing their jobs. The food was badly prepared. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon, and it arrived without bacon. When I asked them to correct their mistake, it took an absurd amount of time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service.

They really need to come up with a better system for the drive through.
If the line is long cars just block 41 which is a main road. It’s a daily issue and causes so many traffic issues.
Donuts are dry, hardly any filling, just not good in general.
The county also needs to step up and do something too.

We came through for our “usual” this morning. We have lived/traveled all over the US and get the same question every time we order our iced vanilla latte with almond milk, add creamer. (Are you sure?) This young man delivered exactly as we asked (it was plenty sweet) and he was fast and efficient. Another great Dunkin experience!

I usually get the ice caramel craze latte and yk some dunkins get it right. BUT. This one. This Dunkin makes my toes GRIP the floor everytime I go here. My veterans here KNOW how to make it right here unlike any other dunkin. This one is THE dunkin and I will not play about it. I will defend it until the day I die. This place needs better training and needs to improve! They don’t cook your food all the way correctly because sometimes it doesn’t even feel like it’s toasted and just got warmed up in a microwave for 15 sec, Everyone there sounds like their always in a bad mood, they take forever with making food and drinks, we came today and they forgot to check to make sure everything is in it so now I’m on my way to work with a food item they forgot about, and I’m just over this place. I’ve come so many times and they don’t improve. Manage your team better and solve this

I decided To go as my 1st time and I shall say the hash Browns were soggy they looked good but was rushed out the fryer or oven, the bacon was so greasy I understand its bacon but I worked in fast food someone put it in without draining properly the sandwich had no taste i ordered a Sausage egg and cheese croissant the iced latte was good but the refreshers has no taste it taste like watered down strawberry drink

Sat in car line for fifteen minutes at 4:00pm. Wheh got to order, they rudely informed me that they had neither chocolate glaze or jelly. So I left. They don’t have enough people working there and they are rude. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location.. if they keep popular products why go there. Place is a joke.
