We stopped here for a quick bite to eat and a beer. The reviews that I’ve read are accurate and this place is awesome!
It’s hard when you have a meat eater and a plant based person in the same family. But I would say that they have great options for us both!
The service is outstanding and everyone seems to be happy working here. There is a great selection of beers and other libations! We will be back many times!

We have been coming here for a few years and always love the food and service. There is always something on the menu we like and the staff is courteous and friendly. When we went to eat dinner last night, we were made aware of a change on one of their procedures. They now have you scan the QR code on the receipt to pay and there are errors in that system. It did not pull up our rewards account accurately. My account showed up as new in their system and didn’t show the correct amount of rewards available. It had to all be readjusted by the server (who was very nice) and took way longer than just paying the traditional way. The old system of paying was much more personal and accurate. If it’s not broke don’t fix it! Oh, and my rewards still doesn’t show my dining purchase last night. The new procedure is making things less personal and less customer friendly.

Update: My original review from shortly after they opened is below. I am still happy to have them in this area and go there once a month or so. Their food quality is good but has dropped a little since they opened. I think they need to add some more dinner entrees and change up the menu a little once in a while. Service is still pretty good and they have retained some of the same servers.
This is an awesome bar and grill! I am so excited to have a good bar and grill in the Barger area. It has great atmosphere with new modern feel, tons of TV’s and lots of seating. I had the surf and turf (steak bites and battered shrimp) and my wife had monterey chicken sandwich. We were both very happy with the food. My baked potato was slightly under cooked, I wasn’t too concerned but one of the chefs was out checking in on people so I gave him the feedback. I thought that was a great touch to have the cooks come out and ask for feedback.
The service was outstanding. I think 4 servers came by multiple times. They all work together to serve the tables so you don’t have to wait for ‘your’ server to come over.
This place has the same owner as Gateway Grill and has similar feel and menu.
Kids are welcome.

Still physically in the restaurant and I needed to do this review! AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING PRICES and AMAZING FOOD!! I got the steak bites baskets with fries and my roommates got the potato skins and the Alfredo with broccoli and bacon and the spinach/artichoke dip. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO GOOOD! We are also getting the cheesecake to go home with as we watched well over a dozen go out the door while we were sitting here!! YOU MUST EAT HERE!!

We went here for the $10 burger basket deal on Monday 11/24 @5:30pm so we could enjoy their happy hour discount on cheese curds and beer. They took forever to get the cheese curds out and it seemed like our server completely disappeared. When they say “burger basket” they mean hamburger or cheeseburger only. The burger was overcooked and tasted like a cafeteria burger. The bun & toppings were fresh, though. When we settled up, we pointed out that they overcharged us on the cheese curds and beer and didn’t give us the happy hour discount that’s advertised on their website. The server said that they don’t have happy hour anymore and I showed him that it’s on their website. He refused to honor the prices that were listed. I don’t know if he was too lazy to adjust the bill, but that’s bad business! We chose to eat there because of their advertised deal! I made sure to take some of the money that should’ve been adjusted off out of his tip.

We walked in and stood at the front for several minutes with zero acknowledgment from any employee. When someone finally came over, it was almost as though we were a burden to them. We sat and waited for another 5-10 minutes for someone to come to our table. Placed our orders…waited almost another 30-40 minutes for our food. Food was pretty good, but the service and wait times were not great.

Located right next to Winco, it’s convenient to stop by for a meal or a beer before or after shopping. The overall atmosphere and food were not bad. You can enjoy drinks and food at discounted prices during Happy Hour from 3 PM to 6 PM. It’s a place worth recommending.

I have came in to this place 3 times in the past month and not 1 time have I ever been greeted or asked if I would like something to eat or drink! I come in there for food and video lottery and I will never go back again, crap service every time even at times where I sit to have dinnner!! I was starving tonight, I am single by myself go into play poker and get dinner, sit there for 20 minutes not one person come over, I go to the bar to order food, dude doesn’t acknowledge me!! Really?? I love to support local and you have good food but service takes me elsewhere!
