Very good restaurant and of course I came for the Robots. Service was good and food was decent. I had a good time here and enjoyed myself. I would recommend that they have tarter sauce on every table because it is a seafood restaurant and most of the food will require it and also have the servers educate the customers on how to return a robot back to the kitchen because I’ve seen the robot stand in front of the customers and they didn’t know how to send it back once they brought the food out. Even tho it was fun watching but I had helped a few people send their robot back by just letting them know to simply wave or tap the top portion of their head.

My 1st visit and I was pretty excited to check it out. Was thinking it would a cool place to bring my nephews. The interaction with the Robots was very limited. You follow them to the table and they deliver your meal. Cool! But that was it. We arrived on a Monday about 45 minutes after they opened. Let me start with the positive things about our experience. The hostess and waitress were friendly; and the dining area was clean; the Pepsi was great and the bread served before lunch was pretty good. Unfortunately that’s all the positive things. The restrooms were not clean at all. We ordered the following:
1. Two crab cakes with fries; they came out burned to a crisp on the bottom, under cooked on the top and did not seem to have much crab meat. The taste was less then appealing; so much so that we did not finish the first one. The second crab cake had a foul “seafood” odor. My wife refused to eat it. The French fries were a highlight.
2. Fried shrimp and Cajun fries; The shrimp was very greasy and the Cajun fries were just like the other fries. No Cajun. And again, no taste.
3. Chicken fingers; came out very tough and tasteless. I gnawled half way through the first one before I couldn’t take it anymore.
At this point we were 0 for 3 on our meal and ready to go. I ate 1/2 a chicken tender; 1/2 crab cake; and my wife ate 4 of her 6 greasy shrimps. I do not recommend this place for lunch. I will return in a few weeks to be fair and try dinner. Everyone is entitled to a bad day here and there.

The robots are little more than a gimmick. Not a negative, but they’re not very heavily utilized, all things considered. The food is good enough, but the boil is very salty. Service was decent, but our server needed to speak up or speak slower. Decent, and we’ll probably be going back, but not the greatest.

This place just didn’t live up to the hyped reviews. Let’s start by saying looks and smells can be deceiving. The food looked and smelled great, but taste was barely there. We order every level of spice. Safe to say, don’t order mild because your food will taste like water. The spicy level should’ve been called mild, and the fire level should’ve just been left off the menu. The is no fire or spicy. It’s only mild or no flavor. The shrimp was IMPOSSIBLE to peel. If your not a person who eats the shell, you’re out of luck. DON’T even order the crawfish. Crawfish is meant to be boiled in seasoning not placed in a seafood sauce bag. The sausage………… Is a story of its own. If you want a robot to show you to your and bring out your food, then be my guess, but don’t go here mislead thinking you’re going to eat some real boiled seafood. I’m just so upset because the food looked so tasty. The complimentary bread was nice, and so was our waitress.

Superb, Superb, Superb….. From the robot seating us, waitress taking our order, robot delivering the food. Superb… Calamari OMG… Broiled Bags we’re seasoned to Perfection. I chose the Garlic Butter. Boy oh boy they did to disappoint. It wasn’t too salty or anything. I topped it off with a Tito’s with Pineapple and Orange juice and side salad. They didn’t have anymore Cheesecake but hopefully next time. Did you hear me say next time? I will be back.

Got the combo meal at $37 and ordered extra lb crawfish with House special seasoning. All taste are good, besides a little bit salty. Spicy isn’t spicy at all, I would go with Fire next time. Modern design restaurant with robot services provided. Worth it to try.

We went opening day, robots just lead you to table and bring food sometimes. Not super advanced robots, have to press a button on the other side of the robot to indicate the food was removed for it to go away. Quite honestly would have just preferred a tablet at the table, so I could order and indicate when I needed service.
Pricing was good, my seafood boil was ok, but way too much seasoning for me. Probably indicate if you prefer your seasonings lighter like me. The poboy shrimps had the shell on and tails on, not really good for a sandwich.

We entered with a sense of excitement to be seated and served by a robot! However, all but one interaction with the robot was led by the server standing there and programming it.
They gave us some bread sticks along with an unidentifiable orange liquid to dip it in. All served on styrofoam.
My servers attitude led me to believe that I was putting her through cruel and unusual punishment.
The food was below average I would pass on this one if I were you.

At first glance the menu look a bit disappointed but when my food arrived I can say that is actually really good the oysters were outstanding very fresh and good quality
