The sub was really good, what little there was of it. There was very little meat. If I had added more meat ($3) it wouldn’t have been a normal sub. The first and last inch of the sub was bread. I had sworn before that now that there was a Jersey Mikes in town I would never return to Subway. This past purchase has certainly reminded me of why I said I’d never do Subway again. Goodbye Subway! NEVER GO HERE… WORST PLACE… ordered online: 2 subs, 1 drink, and box of cookies. When I got there asked about order they pointed to order pickup: no drink and no cookies. When asked where the rest of the order was they said they did not have them. So I asked for a refund for the items I want receiving (Not asking for entire order refunded). They said they can’t do refunds! Then said call the number on the receipt – it’s their store number! The one employee was nice about it but the other threw an attitude immediately. They said call in the morning to speak to a manager. They then called the manager and I talked to her on the phone (Janice or Janet) Finally I said I just want my entire order refunded. Again they said they can’t. At this point yelling back and forth with the 1 employee….he leaves and gets 3 walmart managers to try to get me thrown out. I explained to the manager what was going on and had even talked to the manager. They ended up giving me my money back but for all this trouble and they were just going to let me leave the store without my drink or cookies that I PAID FOR! Never again this is why I don’t eat at subway no matter what store they are always out of food or have terrible service.

The young boy didn’t have a clue. You have to tell him several times what you want. Finally the young Amish girl came out of the kitchen and took over. She is very pleasant and knows what to do. If the young boy is there next time I’ll go to the other Subway

Cookies were like bricks. Struggled to even break it in half let alone take a bite into it. I could probably beat nails in with it. The sandwiches were alright at best.

Good-the young Amish girl working there was great. Unfortunately, she was the only one there. There is no way you can staff a subway with one person on a Saturday afternoon.

Bad-out of wraps, Diet Coke out of order, Icee machine out of order, lemonade empty, chip rack almost empty……maybe if you had 2 people working you could maintain this place.

You get one star because these same complaints were posted 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done to fix the problems.

I sent my daughter to get me a sub. Asked for the cali fresh sub. I wanted it made as is. The manager, Janice, doesn’t even know how to make the sandwiches. I got NO GUACAMOLE AND NO SPINACH ON THIS SANDWICH.
And then she asked my daughter what kind of veggies. I wanted it as is. Unbelievable. Train Janice to learn the sandwiches please. Last time I am going there.

If I could rate this with no stars, I would. The icee machine has been out of order for over a year. The fountain machine never gets properly cleaned. I walked in today and the sign on the counter said they were out of all chicken and steak and blah blah blah…surprise. They do not even have the new bread that’s been promoted for a couple weeks now. It is just sad. Reflects very poor management. Not sure how corporate allows this franchise to keep running. It gives Subway a very very bad name.

First of all, ordered online and had to wait an hour after pickup time for the subs to actually be done, second the staff is extremely sarcastic and rude, third of all the MANAGER messed up 3/6 sandwiches. Overall this place is a joke, the staff are sad, and the establishment is gross, never going to that subway again

Placed an order online and they completely screwed up my order. Ordered a steak n cheese with no veggies extra mayo and wanted it toasted. Came with lettuce on it which I never ordered. It had so little steak it was embarrassing and it wasnt toasted. Another sub had no mayo. Last time i ordered online i didnt get the cookies i ordered. I’ll go to the other subway in middlefield next time.

I like subway, I really do. Just not THIS subway. The employees are nice but are always changing and the lack of training shows. This subway is always out of something…….once even bread,except for a couple of plain foot longs. Tonight took the prize. Out of limited time sub……no substitution offered. Ordered chicken Caesar wrap. They make and at the end hold up itailian dressing, ask if it’s Caesar and then say “we’re out of Caesar”. I can’t blame the obviously new untrained person. Management needs to step up. I have a big family and I work a lot. I like the idea that if I can’t make it home on time to make dinner, I can multi task and shop at Wal-Mart then pick up the least offensive fast food in town. I think I’ll stick with the subway near work 🙁
